With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

What a nutjob. He makes some content at least.

Also production is having an early Fourth of July cookout! Hamburgers, weenies, chicken, who knows what! I saw a few vampires coming over, along with trish, dungay, and brian, so it's free food for everyone BUT the fish. Happy fourth! I haven't been paying attention to them in favor of listening to Jimmy's solo rant on women, but they're just having general out of character hijinks. Fun!

So I'm still in belief that this is the best Fishtank even surpassing the original Season. Not so much as it provides better "arcs" as I'm not an Autistic retard who requires this of people, even playing characters. But I find it odd how many people are still in the Death to Jet camp simply be cause he said he doesn't like this website. Without Jet I doubt this idea would have slinked by Sam's mind

he literally was forced to live around bpd types while at that Elan knock off, and his ability to command attention would mean they'd throw themselves at him and i'm sure there's also whatever groups he's been in and other places. It would be the equivalent of growing up in a whore house, of course he got laid. he would have also come of age right when tumblr chicks were embracing sex positivity and slut walks and stuff like that, so chances are even higher that whatever cutter he was forced to live around would vibe with some nutty school shooter type.

we still don't know how Jet got Xavier or that D&D guy on board, for all we know one of them pitched it to Sam and Jet just became the showrunner. Its pretty fucking obvious based on what Jet's done so far creatively that he isn't the one running the writers room.

Summer dumpy feels with black hair has come out a few times who obviously had some pull in the overall game. I'll try to get a ss the next time he comes out but it seemed to me like he was helping direct narrative and shit at the very least.

Jet has been pretty good this season in his assigned role of production. It is a major improvement over season 2 where the wiggers were always inserting themselves. His only major misstep was his dumb troll character that was killed off early. There's been tech issues, but nothing as bad as the start of season 1. I'll give jet credit that 2.5 has been working well as an experiment. Good job!

I think the 'story' is a collaboration of sam, xavier, jet, and probably sodaman. It is really not that original though. All of xavier's exposition dumps are just joking references to anime and videogames. Most of the vampire stuff is a mishmash of vampire: the masquerade and coppola's dracula with MDE goofiness. I'm going to say DUKE GOLDSTRAVEN is familiar with both as an artfag. Sodaman said he was a DM and someone in production is likely the lorekeeper

Thats fine though, I think the most important focus this season was to survive doing an outdoor show over having to come up with a super complex Idea. I think going with the flow this season too is helping it a lot over the forced tard wrangling last season. I'm interested when and if they do this again what it will look like next season. Im hoping a knock off borderlands where they work in goldstrikers space wild west town.

Since nothing else is happening, I tried looking through the thread for info about Qnanon but couldn't find much. @Aidan, @Punitive Castration, @attractive_pneumonia, you three seem familiar with him, if you have some time could you share what you know?

I don't go out of my way to keep up with him anymore but here's what I have.

  • Claims to be a 19 year old computer science student
    • Somewhere in or near Boston?
  • Holds/held Twitter spaces to deal with his loneliness

  • Tayleigh knows who he is and has interacted with him
  • Deranged and obsessive
  • Wanted to get on Bloodgames as a vampire since Tayleigh would be there

Nothing really happened tonight, jet said it was a rest day. Everyone shot airsoft guns. Letty beat vance in a yugioh duel. Then jimmy, merchant, and goblin all sperged about modern yugioh.

Qnanon (a.k.a Q or Qnanon) is a tayleigh orbiter who first showed up in the /ftt2/ general threads on /bant/ after S2 ended. He got his name when he was drafting strange questions for one of Tays first streams (a qna stream). I might be getting him confused w/ someone else, but he tried to get on S2.5 and in his audition tape he was wearing a red mask and red cape. He looked like hes a white guy and has brown hair. You might have better luck searching through /bant/ archives for mentions of his name and his trip code .
