With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

If Cryo or Oddbod walked out for any reason they would be sent on their way. If they stayed for the full night, then they got to be a part of the main show.

That second video was not him leaving the fishtank, that was him going to sign a contract. He came back into the cell after that. He stormed off later when Tay pressed him about the sexpest comments he made online regarding her.
 
Season 2.5 while very strong and probably my favorite season so far has suffered from the same late show issue the last two did. By the end production just stops giving a shit and everyone is basically just waiting around for something to happen while Sam chain smokes cigars and boxes. Right now I'm watching just wondering when things are going to end.

I have to wonder now if they hit a point where they realize they'll make a comfortable amount of money and start phoning it in. It's incredibly annoying.
 
While everyone was watching Tai and Xavier box, TJ and Taylor have entered and been locked in the hamster room.


Taylor then discovered the piss jug, which she notes is alarmingly dark.

I think this is a real 1000 monkeys on typewriters sort of thing. just based on how much he fucks up and a general knowledge of the fanbase, with so many autists watching eventually you'll catch some kino. A perfect example is this photo, literally just taken by a passerby with a camera right when FDR died, it became iconic that year but it wasn't staged or planned and only exists because a guy with a camera was walking past and thought it would look nice. kiwifarms example 11.jpeg

Jet's inability to give a fuck really forces me to believe its a lot more blind luck than him planning it all out

Correct, and the people showing "kino" shots from the show and attributing them to Jet definitely get to his head. If you leave a camera on in any active area for weeks at a time, it's inevitable that you will get some good pictures. Like the mirrors in B3 during season 2, one time it perfectly framed 3 people talking and people questioned if that was deliberate, as if Jet put the mirrors in such a way and had the people stand in such a way during a casual conversation.

Things line up sometimes and when they do it's great. When they don't, you don't think about it.
 
Tay and Creature are also boxxing eachother. Shame the good youtube clipper has a temp ban (jet it up!) Seems like Creature was paid a hundred bucks to fight Tay
Tai and Xavier also boxed. I missed a lot, I'll miss more.
Also shoutout to the clippers and picture takers here. In these coming days I imagine they'll try to make the content wrap up to an ending, so anyone documenting the final 'kino moments' is a hero. Can't believe I missed the ACTUAL boxing after checking in to see Scott all day
