With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

I can't really remember there being many clean eliminations this show. Acemaximillion sneaked up on some guy, pepper sprayed him and shot the shit out of him when he caught the guy sleeping this morning, and there was the nigga squad elimination of the guy that was sleeping in the watchtower and he battled them by throwing a chair at them for 30min. Letty got eliminated by the Koreans but there was skepticism that she burned all 100 HP on the vest even if it was desynced. Jon and Letty's squad just got totally wiped out because all 5 guns broke on contact. Letty and Jon technically escaped but the circumstances around their eliminations were directly due to the equipment failure. Nearly 30 people are gone just from heat and ragequitting over rule changes, fury over equipment failure or claims of cheating and rigging.

Most posts on ip2 about Jon are basically just calling him retarded (he is) and little seething about Fishtank.
But good to see some real Jontent in the mix.

Same issue with the fishtank fans. Jon went on a rant to Gooner about how he HATES a lot of the fishtank/MDE fans and Letty had a more civil discussion regarding the same issue with Tayleigh during 2.5 about the nonsense she, Josie, and Sylvia have already gone through regarding the fandom and streaming audiences. The Fishtank/MDE and I'd probably include the Cx/Ip2 audience has a lot of schizophrenic retards that just wont leave the streamers or fish alone and are unable to do lighthearted teasing like those gay EBZ videos from a few pages back, its pure schizophrenic hatred and harassment.

I won't deny that fishtank fans can be crazy. It is a show that is perfect for breeding parasocial relationships. Pair that was a large chunk of the fans being imageboard losers, its a recipe for fuckery.

IP2 fans are a different league of deviant because they reflect their streamers. Most IP2 streamers were originally just fans anyways. The stuff that happens on their streams put fishtank to shame. On Blade's stream alone a woman has gotten raped and a man passed crossfaded on drugs while his body was being fucked with. Most people would probably stop watching way before that even happens. So a lot of these remaining fans? They are fucked in the head.

Just want to remind everyone that the braindead IP2 fans thought Jon would get eliminated easily but what actually happened was that after beating people up, stealing their food, choking them, and running rings around the drug addled lunatics who call themselves IP2, Jon was kicked off after being unnecessarily bodyslammed by a bitch nigger from behind and making Ice Piss look even more of a joke than he was already for thinking this shitshow was a good idea. God's Strongest Retard makes Ice Piss and His Amazing Crackwhores seethe.
