I think the two main issues with a warehouse would be audio and heating.

I don't know anything about warehouses, but I assumed that price would also be an issue. I spent a whopping 10 minutes researching this. Assuming they will always stay in that corner of the USA, I searched for warehouses in Massachoofshitcsfh. Warehouses are apparently priced by area so they don't give you a flat-out price. Luckily my browser can do math. If they wanted to rent out one floor of this place (12.000 sqft/1115 sqm and looks suitable for their purposes), they'd have to pay $144000 a year (most places I saw are only available to rent on an annual basis). Now that's a lot bigger than the S2 house but only a little bigger than the S3 house supposedly is. However I doubt they could get away with renting only one floor and doing Fishtank stuff, so they either pay double that or this property is a no go. Ultimately I think they would need to find a warehouse where they can rent 100% of the space. This is a problem because the vast majority I saw in my brief search were rentable in parcels (sometimes with there being a dozen or more parcels). It would be absurd and unaffordable to rent out an entire large warehouse, but I don't think any owner will want to explain to other renters what is going on in the Fishtank unit.

This one would be $138000 for the whole thing. It's slightly bigger, has office/production spaces, and still looks suitable for building in.

With any warehouse, they'd have to build all the rooms. I don't know about building costs in the area (or anywhere), but I would guess they'd need to spend upwards of $50000 building and furnishing the thing. But that could be way off. If heating comes into play, the annual cost could be raised by quite a bit.

So all in all, a warehouse would be cheaper than a house. Obviously they won't be selling a warehouse at the end but would still have to clean it up. I doubt they are making any profit on selling the S2 house, but are they really losing more than the ~$170000 they'd spend on renting and building in a warehouse? Who knows.

In any case, if they really are planning to keep the S3 house for the foreseeable future, that makes getting into a warehouse pretty unlikely.

Edit: Again, I don't know what I'm talking about but lots of places (particularly, I have heard, in the densely populated areas of the US) have very strict laws about where people are allowed to sleep and where people are allowed to do business. I'd guess that lots of potential warehouses are in places where the authorities would not allow people to live in a warehouse, even if only for six weeks. I'd imagine that prices are lower and regulations less strict outside the northeastern US, but they seem pretty wedded to the region.

Another edit: Pretty much everything on that site has a 'zone' tag. Almost every property is some combination of commercial, industrial, and retail. I did a bit more research and apparently the strictness of zoning laws varies wildly across the US and even with States. The states near Rhode Island look to be in the top quintile based on a few things I read. Fishtank is a valid commercial enterprise, but as I understand things, that doesn't mean people can live there. I think the warehouse thing is a pipe dream.

I really like the idea of there being a new house for every season. You could get the same feel by using a warehouse where you lay it out differently each time. However this probably isn't practical. I expect we'll have at least a few seasons in the Blood Games/Bitchtank house.

Just for fun, this medical facility has the right size and would make for a neat and surreal layout. You would need a lot of cameras though. Which makes me wonder how season 3 will work with such a larger house. There will be deadzones. Blood Games was terrible to navigate, S2 had issues, and S1 was the best in that regard. I fear S3 may be the worst, just based on the house.

The funniest part of the cell/bitchtank wasn’t really talked about here. It was when Alex Schultz came in the cell as his wigger character Star Power. Especially when he teamed up with the wigger Spencer to roast Zoltar.

It was indeed amazing. It's unfortunate that basically all the clips recorded during the first day of the Cell are broken so much of this stuff has been lost. That is unless they plan on creating an archive for Bloodgames/Cell/Bitchtank, which doesn't sound very likely.

Jet has been saying in the chat on the site too that he wants to bring back the B3 B3 B3 Garage Garage stuff that happened before director cam and some corny stuff about "leaning forward and clicking the site" being more optimal than an audience that leans back to watch

so it'll be harder and it'll be in your hands wink wink

As good as director cam is I think it is a bit of a violation of the sites core appeal. You lose out on the nighttrap/voyeur aspect that makes it feel very special.
I respect an attempt to lean in to that more.
