The cameras have never been hidden since it would be too much work to hide the wires. What they don't know is the show is live right now. Burt probably assumed that they wouldn't show him jerking it in the final cut.

maybe they're trying to get coomer bucks by having the E-whores change without knowing there are cameras. not that they'd need to hide them for that, I'm pretty sure there were tits in each of the first 2 seasons so I'm sure one of these skanks will pop one out eventually.
