With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

Trying to archive this has been hell. I'm using YTDLP for the youtube stream, as well as grabbing the various cams to get the stuff when it goes offline. I don't know if we'll ever have a "full" archive because of all the issues with the RV.

I came back tonight and found Jeff begging on the streets of Vegas, SUCCESSFULLY. He is in his environment, and supposedly being on paper, I'm surprised he's allowed to leave the state. Maybe they got permission, maybe he just didn't care. Either way, Janny Jeff is forever a king wherever he goes, and people can see that. They open their coin purses to him, and he leads the others through the streets, finding what the group needs to continue on their way.

ETA: Oh no Burt is trying to get money from Europeans! Nooooo.
 
Will update as the challenge goes on. Fan money does not count, will clarify what is and isn't

Jeff: $11 (6 dollars, 5 over CashApp, and an unknown amount of change from two fans)
Burt: $120 (this was all fan money unfortunately)
Binx: $20 (there was a 20 that came from fans)
Luke: $18 (uncounted amount of change)

The real point is to humiliate the fish by making them beg. Nobody cares if they actually get anything. Is there even a prize for this?

Tim had nothing to do with World Peace getting pulled that was something Sam got in his head after he went into his downward spiral post cancellation. Essentially what happened was after Bernstein (who Sam purposely antagonized during a phone interview, smart move Sam) wrote a hit piece on the show a higher up at Adult Swim's parent company Turner Broadcasting Systems freaked out and told Sam to either denounce the Alt-right or have the show pulled. Sam refused to denounce his politics and the show was pulled. Multiple people at Adult Swim including Mike Lazzo the vice president of the company wanted the show to stay on air.

There's zero evidence whatsoever Tim was involved at any point in the cancellation. Nor was Eric Andre or anyone else at Adult Swim. It was higher ups who made the decision.
 
Burt's about ready to rage quit the panhandling challege. Sam is giving him pointers to only ask white people but his autism might just be too strong.
