With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

Tunnels were visually interesting but very much underwhelming. I had this idea they were just going to sneak in which was unrealistic but seemed way more cool then a guided tour.
 
They're driving somewhere. Sam was hyping up something happening at 8:00, which is in two hours Vegas time.

The problem with binx is that she's been nontent during most of the season, she's a terrible final three.
During famous house she was ok I guess, but after the fishtank reveal, she went full e-thot and started simpmaxxing, which is obviously very annoying. She didn't do anything interesting and didn't even try in most challenges. On top of that, she was very coddled by production, the worst thing that happened to her was when alex's whale pulled her hair, which was not even planned, and I guess the herpes but that's on her. Compare that to what mizzy or symbal went through. Hell, Luke in like 1 week screen time has been way more entertaining than binx in 40 days. The only reason to watch the final is to see what will burt do, because we know binx is going to do nothing other than aiming the camera at her face.

From what I've read, you need permission from one of the residents of the tunnels to enter. I don't think junkies would be entirely keen on people entering their home regularly, and it would be a huge insurance liability to take retarded tourists into the tunnels, probably would outweigh the profits.
 
Wish I could get 10 cents for every "like", "um", and 5+ seconds of dead air Mizzy uses in conversation.

Sam said they're going straight to season 4 after this and that it would be "different" from this, but can you really take G for his word? Burt asked what 3.5 would be like.

I still don't get the coddled argument.

She is the only person who has been attacked by a non fish in the shows history. It was pretty irresponsible to put her in that situation. Production has also went out of their way to not feed her or take her to places where she basically watches ppl eat. She doesn't even complain.

What would be not coddled? Does she need to get curb stomped?
 
Sam just cut the streams for 15 minutes so he says. He also says we don't want to miss what's about to happen.

I guess the money will be split and they're going to gamble. The finale challenge ends if the first one reaches 50k in winnings or if both contestants lose everything.
 
Sam pulled Burt aside and told him he isn't allowed to gamble tonight due to his addiction.


Interesting how soft they are this season considering they gave multiple people a bad cigarette addiction last season.
