Top posters is a grab bag of obvious fishtank throwaway accounts just based on the name alone and those I can recognize from past seasons with them being an overwhelming number of the posts for the season. If anything the crude data in these datasets just proves my belief that fishtank isn't exactly growing -- the cryokeens are just becoming more chatty on the hashtag or the data is busted from Twitter for the old seasons or a combination of both. Most of the accounts I've browsed like the EricBroder69 which looks like a potentially new viewer since it didnt post during S1 and S2 end up having their first post responding to fishtank stuff before S3 started. The old accounts from S1 are there and the "new" accounts are just fishtank throwaways created during S2 or between S2 and S3. @IDFkushoverlord as an example appears in October 2024 and is a clipping channel full of Hunger Games and Blood Games stuff and their first posts are about Fishtank.

If I expanded the list to the top 500 or 1000 usernames for S3 I'd probably just round up more recognizable usernames.

The S1 episodes are pretty bad yeah. The S2 episodes aren't fully out yet and release at a snail's pace but are generally much better, longer, better quality for the most part. They do skip some stuff here and there but that's inevitable and they still cover the most important events. Give those a try.

I think that's a fairly big market to get people more interested if they can binge a decent telling of each series, extreme wasted potential. If they're too lazy to do it themselves they should try and hire the people who run the youtube accounts who are already editing footage together

Not really surprising though, we saw those exact same types of guys on Stream Stars, and even before that we knew a lot of male fans ID'ed with either Vance or Jimmy. But, just looking at Burt's analysis of the auditions, the cream rises to the top. Even ignoring the guys who stood out moreso because Burt was attracted to them, there's at least a couple worthy candidates at least in his opinion. And this isn't the only method of getting people onto the show (or so they claim).

I do like that they seemingly asked every male candidate if he was willing to do gay stuff with Burt for a spot.

S1 edits were unfortunately unwatchable trash. S2 edits are much better but they only release one episode every six months, we still have like 5 more years until all the s2 episodes are complete. And still, the s2 edits are only as good as they can be since s2 was complete garbage anyway. I would recommend watching the episodes with Cole because the episodes get really fucking boring after Cole gets kicked out. I'm still just waiting for the Jimmy spergout and Frank Hassle episodes to release and I've been waiting for like a fucking year now.

The last few were "fine" but they purposefully left out almost all the funny stuff and important things just for the sake of removing it and pissing off fans. For example, episode 9 leaves out the bed challenge where Fatty pisses all over the bed and makes Josie quit, yet they include the grossest thing challenge where Josie uses the piss mattress. It makes zero sense if you didn't watch the show live, when the fuck did Fatty piss on the bed and why would that not be in the edit? Or Letty's stuff being in the garage, Jon threw all her shit in the garage to piss her off before he noticed his Bible was missing. This was all cut yet they show all of Letty's stuff scattered all over the garage when Jon grabs her passport off the ground. Again, this is extremely confusing if you haven't watched it live. Mizzy even pointed all of this out when she watched s1 because she didn't watch it live, she was genuinely confused as to why Letty's passport was in the garage in a bunch of trash already anyway. She had these issues with every episode and I agree with her. Every episode in s1 has these problems, but s2 has made sure to include everything needed for context which is great.
