Admittedly not the most wise move when they've got the camera out trying to film content for the edit. This was also fresh off the back of Jin telling Daniel that he shouldn't have been shit testing Jet and "not biting the hand that feeds you", so maybe production took it more personally after that.
 
Rachel's new strategy that she mentioned under her breath earlier seems to be (when she remembers) to act appreciative to the chats and to be magnanimous.

True, it's dumb if they kicked him just because he fucked with jet's ego, but aside from that I think Jin sucks not because he was annoying, but because he was horribly inauthentic.
it's clear his whole persona was a larp informed by past contestants and his real self is just boring shitposter guy.

the only other people doing shit like that are the female fish who are just trying to be shades of josie mixed with their own flavor of e-girl, and they aren't liabilitymaxxing by referencing ~controversial MDE lore~
