The way I remember the blowjob story going was he was at some orgy thing and was getting his dick sucked by a woman when some old salaryman wandered over and started slobbing on his dick too, and since it was some sketchy yakuza event he kinda just had to let it happen.

As a Travelsperg, if you are going as a group in India with at least more than one guy, then you're pretty good. Indians basically get BTFO'd once they see one or two male foreigners since most races mog the shit out of them in height and general strength. Just the presence of say, two tall and blonde Australian men or even two 'average' Eastern European men and one small looking woman in a travel group in India is usually enough to make 'jeets feel too afraid to fuck with them and by proxy the woman. It's like having the Terrifying Presence perk in New Vegas.

It's mainly solo female travelers who are extremely vulnerable but in a group it's far from the worst place a woman can go to.

Main concern would be poor beggers hassling them for money, pick pockets, air pollution, and food poisoning plus also general risk of disease from all the poos in the loo.
