Right, but I figured it was the typical sped-stack: antipsychotics, benzodiazepines, and some kind of stimulant. He mentioned abusing whatever stimulant he had been prescribed while on the show to "keep his edge," which probably led to (some of) his nigh-daily hypomanic spirals. There were caps where he took a drug test on screen recently, but I didn't see the result of the UA cup.

I'm not up to date on my Burt lore, so the implant removal is news to me. Depending on how long he had been taking the opiates post-surgery, I could see a short detox stint. Even mild opiate withdrawal is miserable.

No, releasing these short videos is the pivot away from making fully edited episodes. Jet will say that in today's fast paced media and streaming landscape, there's less reward in spending months editing full episodes when short viral videos get more reach and revenue on social media, so all the cameraman footage will get used for those youtube/tiktok shorts instead.
