the show is taking place in a different state far from where Sam has his office/studio for the two podcasts that he is involved in. as soon as they said Fishtank was moving across the country it was obvious he was not going to be involved any more

very different vibe than Sam obviously. instead of the usual clowning and big dogging them mixed with humor, hes just vibing and using his charisma to bond with them. could work to kind of lift them up before tearing them down with the challenges/gaslighting. i do miss Sam intimidating everyone but its still fishtank... i would like to see him make an appearance, though.
