With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

Production needs more people working in shifts (with time off outside the house) to avoid getting burnt out and cranky.

They're in the following conundrum. The show is boring without breaking shit. Breaking shit makes the houses unsellable. Real estate is expensive, and even paypigs can't fund that much. Also it doesn't help that they nuke the show 2 weeks in every single season making it unwatchable for weeks at a time.

They're just renting this house, it's a filming house owned by some shoddy ATL production company (you can see it on Google Maps). The point remains though FIXING the house is expensive. And considering this is a "reboot" season of sorts after the Rhode Island debacle....

I think people who want the show to be high energy 20 hours a day are part of the problem. There should be quieter times where the fans just get to interact with the Fish. I've mostly forgotten Bam is the host because I don't think he's been on at an hour I can watch for days. It has to be even worse for Pacific time zone people 3 hours behind who don't get home from work until all the Fish are drunk.

I do agree on Production having no back up plans and draining the momentum of the show when something doesn't work out. Sometimes it's out of their control, but they will also give into pressure and trash plans and think they can just improv replacements.

Others have answered but that said the same on Saturday and did it 3 hours early, so you are never safe from Jetting it up.

I'm not saying 20 hours a day, but for instance be Beth in this case, you want to fuck with Bashir and instantly he gets physical. He is +100 lbs and a retarded muslim with no self-control. What do you even do? Sit around and not fuck with him at all? And again, production makes all this worse by just backing out every time they make content because damage to the house etc. They decide that yeah fish can eliminate each other, then decide its a bad idea (because they have no foresight). Then later on they'll get burnt out harder because the show sucks again and they get hate/not enough $$$ and start crashing out on the show, again.
 
James and Emma need to stop talking lol. Because they're gonna eat their words guarantee it.
I just know if the next freeloader targets them instead of Bashir they will cry and change their whole friendhouse spiel.
How did they manage to shift this whole season in a way that I'm siding with a mudslime, fuck me.

I thought they successfully sold the Season 2 and 3 house. I know they were both listed, and Season 2 had is price dropped a lot, but I'm pretty sure they both closed.

Unfortunately a lot of that money probably went to Sam and not Season 5.

Bashir proved in the Cell he's the only dude who can thug it out, think that flipped a lot of people (including me).
