Many people got a strange vibe from him, and some even called him a "pedo." (before what was found out about him) Given this perception, it’s likely that a few individuals might have investigated further.

The production had access to his phone number, email address, and real name, making a background check relatively straightforward. Even a basic one would have raised some red flags. If they had someone competent handling this, they would have uncovered something. The production already had email addresses and could use online tools to check if those emails were part of data breaches. which could have led to leaks with old names, old usernames, and other email addresses. Small groups online often uncover extensive details about individuals, so the production team should be able to do the same.

While some people can slip through, it’s clear they didn’t conduct any background checks, which is likely why Jet mentioned hiring doxers. This isn’t the first time they’ve allowed creepy ass individuals on the show, and they have access to contestants' Personally Identifiable Information through application forms. After six seasons, it’s surprising they haven’t started doing background checks. They seem either incompetent or lazy, perhaps expecting the community to investigate.

I'm not sure what the laws in that state are, but they likely have a duty of care toward participants, especially vulnerable adults. It seems inevitable that someone will sue if a creep gets on the show and assaults someone, especially if that person has the financial means to take legal action.

Maybe you are right, but how can you be so sure he has a big online presence? I haven't looked into him, but I'm sure I could find something that would link back to his Discord. Even if i could not find what was leaked, i garentee you i could find something that could be consider a red flag, he was pretty open on the show about his history so its safe to say he would have talked about this shit publicly on Xitter (possibly) this stuff must have been out their on some level as well considering It's surprising how quickly all that information came out about him. My point is, though, they are not even doing the bare minimum. which at this point is crazy
