The season obviously has nontent like the other seasons, but the funny bits and the highs are so high that it makes it up for me. Of course I will wait for it to end to properly judge it, but so far this is the cast and season I most enjoyed.

I don't even know what people expect insofar as nontent/slow points go. If it's constant activities all the time everyone will just walk cause they will burn out. I actually think they would have a better show if they kept them more well fed, enforced some kinda of bedtime, and passed out tons of stimulants as well as planned out more prime time activities around peak viewing periods. Stuff like dinner and a show that is regular and at a decent time for most viewers has been a solid addition.

Nigga this is my FIRST season and I don't understand why you niggers doom over IT'S OVERRR when it's a 24/7 show that naturally is going to have highs and lows. Think of your normal day in your life. Even if you do something fun, it's not the WHOLE day.

It feels different for people who are employed who just see highlights, but whereas you are a NEET, sick, or wfh it's unreasonable to expect something crazy happening every hour. You especially cannot complain if you're not giving the wiggers money. It's free content. Take it or leave it.
 
For what it's worth, I really like the remaining fish. I enjoy seeing them band together to drive out the problem freeloaders and whatever else production throws at them. Much better than peepee poopoo tank.

I don't know if I entirely agree it's a casting issue, at least on the part of the fish. The "based retard" you described has inevitably always flamed out by this point in the season, we are approaching the final week. I think it's a freeloader issue, none of the freeloaders are actually being antagonistic anymore, they should just be booted and replaced if they aren't willing to fuck with them. The dynamics of the house would be way different if there were 3 freeloaders actively causing problems right now.

I do think the shared bedroom point is very important. By fucking with one bedroom you are fucking with everyone and make enemies extremely quickly, that's what happened to Bashir early on. I'm guessing the wiggers did it to farm TTS but ultimately it has hurt the dynamics of the show a lot.

It's because its your first season so you haven't seen what its like when fishtank is firing on all cylinders. In the past this thread would get like 25+ new pages between me going to sleep and waking up and now usually its 2-3. There was like a 3 day period last week where I had fishtank muted while I watched movies on HBOMAX and I missed absolutely nothing.

Yes, there's been some good stuff, and the lows haven't been as low as they have in the past. But overall this season has just been really boring compared to the others.

Watching the Simmons confrontation live. The absolute giddiness I felt the first time I had to click through cams following people into different rooms, deciding who I wanted to watch. Letty suddenly switching her demeanor and breaking the 4th wall ranting to the camera. Jet standing behind Vance with the “MEANER” sign. Fatty in the garage breaking down and then awakening to the realization that he needs to lose weight. The moments we did get were absolute crack. Been hooked ever since.

The funny part about it is the people who give Jet and co. the most money are the least likely to complain. The $100 basement chat fags do nothing but glaze the wiggers. But it makes sense, the people who give you the most money love you the most and are therefore least likely to criticize you, especially with the parasocial element of the basement chat. And this is a very parasocial show, imo even more so than a regular streamer.

As a season pass holder who happily spent my $10 on day 1 but never bought tokens or merch, I feel my criticism is the most valid and Jet should listen to me. :)

The lows of S2 and S3 are why we doom sometimes, the longtime viewers remember just how bad it got those seasons. We've only had 2 bad days in nearly 3 weeks of this season which is crazy good, this is a very good season. Even days that start out boring end up with something reasonably entertaining happening at some point (like today could if they get icky pukers started soon).

There were parts of S1, S2, and S3 where literally nothing of value or importance happened for multiple days at a time. It's kind of like we're reflexively remembering the bad old days and fear the worst the second nontent starts. Overall the show is way more consistent now, the highs aren't as high as some past seasons but the lows aren't nearly as low either. But there's always that fear. We're like war vets who get spooked when we hear fireworks.

In show news, Jet and Kody are setting up the challenge. Icky pukers incoming?
