With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

this is the message that Kick displays on channels they've sent a scold-y "you said/did something MEAN" email to.
if the streamer doesn't comply, they get a ban with reduced pay.

Wasnt the context of this Jet saying a few hours before he wanted to collab with Kick then this whore comes on and he calls it a collab with Kick? That seems the more logical explanation than assuming theyre about get banned, despite being welcomed with open arms.
 
Is the goo room even still happening? I really hope so, Jet and Ben showing it to Alex was one of my favorite moments of the season, it was like an actual comedy skit.
But the way the house is now and other things like jobs being gone and the market destroyed I don't know how they'd get them to make goo.

This is true, but unrelated. The context of this was that it popped up on kick chat after the pre-elimination fight. kick hates content and sent them an email reminding them to not be violent and say nigger.

they never reach out positively via this channel, it's purely punitive.

I'll take your word for it, you seem to be more of an authority on Kick than me, but until they start actively telling people not to say slurs I'm not going bother dooming

Honestly they might have been so dejected by Alex being completely uninterested that they scrapped it

For me, it's all contingent on how close Jet wants to get with the Kick people, and if he's serious about rebranding fishtank into more of a "real reality show" with scripted content and tasks and shit.
I think it'll be obvious a few months after the season what direction he wants to take shit. If he's doing streamer van gambling content with OF thots and Ac7ionman and shit then it's actually cooked.

Jet ostensibly switched to kick because they're not as gay about copyright stuff, if he's smart he will keep them at arms length, I do not think he's smart though and he's way more money-motivated than Sam.

Unsure if I agree with this. My impression from Sam is he nickle and dimes everything because he's essentially a conman who tells jokes and sometimes delivers. Jet's hebrew ways seem more driven by his desire to make more hellhouse episodes (and buy cringe wigger clothes)

It's pretty well-documented that Sam's a nepo kid and his nickle and diming comes more from a position of wanting to be extractive and maximize profits in the moment specifically because he's not afraid of burning a product and starting from zero(because he has some weird fetish for being The Underdog)

Jet on the other hand just wants to buy swag and push himself into the mainstream and get clout so he can fianlly end his quest for a boyfriend-free-girl.
He would've been content being a soundcloud rapper if that had taken off. He's an unironic wigger and I think he would be more likely to sign a disadvantageous contract(say, with kick) than Sam would.
