I personally made a database for myself of all Roman patronyms for both sexes because there wasn't one. I used original historical sources and graves for this. Same for given names. It's in an Google spreadsheet. I did this out of pure curiosity. I have never published it but probably should. I tried to tie each into what eras I could find of the Roman empire and notable members. A lot of these were class based so patricians might have different ones from plebians. This is important.

You should seriously publish this. This seems extremely interesting I'd love to read this
