With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

My theory on a co-dependent religious push bears fruit!

I still cannot really tell if she is too stupid and just going along (Main idea atm) or if she is genuinely feeling a push to be like Bashir (growing theory)

She's codependent. He's capable of separating but loves the teaching role.

Seems like she's Binx's puppy so she's probably used to just attaching to someone and once she's out of the tank she'll go right back to mommy Binx

He does have that teacher personality type and IIRC he taught abroad in Japan. I think he naturally wants to preach and teach something he loves, and the fact she is not just trashing him like TTS is or others are about his faith is probably making him more open to honestly instructing her.

Being in the tank for almost a month now would burn most people out, let alone a literal autist who rarely leaves their house and interacts with people irl. Bingo is putting in the work in her own way.

Oh my god that's right! "Binx is like my mother" is very grim. At least Bashir being a "Father" figure to her would be an infinitely better influence.

Nah the show is good because it's 30 days long. I think every season would of been better if it had ended around the 30 day mark.

I liked Famous House because it was the most interesting the show had every been in the 5th week, but it wasn't cancelled because it flopped. It was the legal issues that stopped Season 4 that caused them to kick everyone else and leave the House. Jet wanted to end the season there, but Sam wanted to do the RV arc to run the full length.

He enjoys being a teacher and a guide. He also lets others speak when learning. A sign of a good teacher is someone who loves learning.

He's mentored the Twins too. I posted the story he talked about, for example.

I enjoy his back and forth with Duanye more.

Fishtank is an intellctual show.
