With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

It's hard to predict anything with this show, but I do think they idea is to try and get out from under the shadow of Sam Hyde and so I'm thinking he won't show up.

I feel bad for Landon, but people need to remember how retarded they were at 22. I had lost my virginity by then, but also women weren't nearly as terrible back then as they are today, and early Internet pornography wasn't as damaging. I've been there as a undersocialized, desperate loser. It hurts to see someone I like go through that so publicly, but I think he'll be a guy that is much better off in his 30s if he gets some real world experience.
 
Jet just clarified the party house idea. He said it would be something specifically for casting to feel people out better before they are actually casted them fully for the season so they get less duds.

Which could be cope, but if it's real, it's really not a bad idea.

The biggest issue I see is 20 weirdos show up, they burn their "bits(unplanned or otherwise, like landon being a janny)" get doxxed and people find out what makes them tick.

Where do you go from there when the next season starts, the contestants show up and we already know everything about them, sounds kinda boring
 
I hate to admit it but I enjoy the wigger's vision for fishtank more than I do Sam's. This season hasn't been perfect but I much prefer the goofy silly trolling stuff than actual dark shit like shaving people's head and making them pee their pants.

No, that's what I been agreeing with you for. Matter of facts he evens kissed a girl now... so... Fizzly he will geta girlfriend maybe after the show per se and even be fizzly contacting her...? Is that a fair question at least? Can we shake on it?

The issue has been just consistency. It's always been Jet's problem that he tries to railroad things and when his plans fall through he seems to not know what to do for like a week. Which feels particularly bad for a 30 day season.

Not surprising the three best seasons (3, BG, 5) were the wiggers actually trying stuff instead of the usual schtick.

Most days this allegedly happened this season ended up with organic conflict and content happening, especially in the JD-era. If you cast well the Fish just carry themselves when the wiggers whiff on a bit.

Me too, Sam's vision is fucked, the wigger's vision is good. But the wiggers are also idiots who aren't above introducing reprehensible content-cucking elements(like kick people, OF thots, discord lames, Mr. Naked)

If they had a third head to bounce shit off, some of these obviously bad ideas could've been veto'd.

This is my first season watching - I had heard about it before but never tuned in because I heard “Sam Hyde” and assumed it would be actual dark shit as you said. I don’t hate Sam but having Bam as a host makes this show way more marketable to the average person.
 
It's the final day of the show with 5 hours left(supposedly) and all that is happening is bust harassing Alex b. It's crazy how the s3 fish just overtake the rest of the cast when they're around.
