With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

I think Bashir winning Blindfolded Watermelon Head Golf would've landed everyone into a more awkward situation today if the challenges were the same.

Either he wouldn't do a lot of the challenges (He wouldn't shave his head, he wouldn't kiss anyone either, etc) or he'd have thrown it for the Twins making the finals meaningless.

The finals should've been James and Bashir competing to show their own specific strengths, not James beating the shit out of the Twins (deserved)

At the end of the day no combination of challengers is going to fix the fact the challenge is just shit made up on the fly.

However, they've got double to manpower to win challenges throughout the season. The counting ice challenge, who can have the most sweets etc. It's a double-edged sword. Also, if only one was doing the challenges (btw lots of the challenges are only one of them) the other can rest and they can take it in turns whereas Drake has to do every challenge, no breaks.
 
I swear dude with the Twins it's like they have such a good chance of beating these challenges but they somehow manage to completely fuck it up. Following up Drake's sad dog story with their own sad dog story, somehow not rolling themselves up into a frenzy during the panic attack challenge, and now they're completely fucking up the prayer they saw Bashir do multiple times a day and they even had a job earlier in the season to do! Hopefully Bashir's pep talk sets them right.

Bashir tries his best to light a fire in the twins (but mostly Bingo).
Usually he does pretty well at this, i hope it works for them.



In short, he tells them they have a lot of support outside of the tank, that Bingo should be proud of the challenges she has done well in, and to show NO MERCY from this moment on. No more hesitating, it's sink or swim.
