I'd argue that no internet shows or streams can get people lasting viewers. It's a platform to jump from. No one makes money by doing low effort streams without having built up a personal brand for years and years. Put a bunch of effort into something different and interesting as an ex FT contestant and you'll probably do pretty well.

The above user mentioned Burt, he's a great example. He did a bunch of totally unhinged, fairly high-effort streams and appearances to build a consistent audience. And he's been on Matan and other streams, done public shows, started dozens of X shitstorms, etc etc. It always takes effort, no matter who you are.

I'm not sure anyone ever thought Alex would be successful post-tank either, he's a trust fund drug burnout who can't focus on anything for longer than a hour. I'd say he's worse off post-show due to his passive income scam business getting dug up and blocked by payment processors, but he seems to be doing ok otherwise and I don't think has hinted at financial instability for a while.

Jet has explicitly mentioned this both last season and this season and pretty much said the same thing. I think outside of the rare cases where fans get autistically attached to a Fish (Twins) he's given up trying to push the idea that Fishtank is transformative. I get that they ran with the idea post-S1 because everyone on that season (bar Mauro and Simmons) ended up in a better spot after it ended, but it's clear that wasn't translating to anything afterwards except for the very few examples others listed. People like JD absolutely have no business applying to be on Fishtank and deserve what happens to them as a result, and it's funny they keep doing it.

idk The Twins entire chat is full of subs because they've gotten almost 1k gifted subs this past month. I think they're all doing fine considering this is all new income streams for them. The Twins get like 450 average viewers, Landon & James both get between 200-400 viewers a stream. You really be hate watching all these people?

I really wish I could justify watching multiple streams because I think this batch have had the most interesting between each of the final four and production.
For the fish I find James and the Twins seem to be capitalizing pretty well.

The Twins just need to get creative to maintain people, even doing the 24 hour stream was a good idea, they just need to keep ramping up. They do best when they have a task or a goal because otherwise they seem to bounce all over the place. Which can work, but isn't as sustainable.
James seems to do well with panels and group dynamics. He seems decent at wrangling people so maybe doing themed shows involving fish or community people (after some vetting) similar to those old shitty Twitch dating shows over Discord could be a good evolution. He could even cuck Jet and do the Landon Love Island first.

Not putting Burt in as a protagonist is insane. He has the best chemistry with Xavier.
Also Jimmy isn't allowed to use the flail because it was actually injuring people, Jimmy Weapons are too op.

I want to say that I'm impressed the amount of effort you put into this list. Hopefully when BG2 is planned in the future someone relays your idea to Jet to at least be inspired the character build.
I think a more fitting role for Bashir is gunslinger like Tai during BG1 because he wore his cowboy outfit day one and shot a gun before.
