Eh, I either call them refrigerantes in Portuguese or soda in English, and their own specific brands if they are popular, like Coke or Guarana.

Assuming that's Russian, my Muscovite Russian professor back in the day taught us you say лимонад and looking into it I'm very disappointed she apparently lied to us.

And it is "Italian ice", not "water ice"

All ice is water ice unless further noted (like dry ice). Sweetened flavored ice is Italian ice.

Лимонад means lemonade in Russian. I haven't heard anyone calling soda a lemonade here.
