Some people just join servers for emotes, flams probably a emote hoarder and doesn't seem to have actual friends because lol loser so into random servers he goes. Flam is certainly associating with some "colorful" individuals, and it looks like they are trying to clean house after his massive fuck up. A bunch of these groups seem to be associated with the culture of german image board kohlchan and krautchan (which is like old 4chan before they took moderation seriously), so it wouldn't surprise me if Flam lurks or posts there. That might be the german connection.

This was one of the three first groups flamenco joined. Also he wasn't member of many groups so argument that he just joins everything doesn't really work here.
Animefags may be coping but being into loli/shota is rather good evidence that you're a pedophile and we knew pedomenco was already into that.
