What is weird about that is his LinkedIn page states he graduated from High School in 2019 and he only attended highschool form 2016-2019. Taking that into account Flamenco was a 30 yr old man in High School in 2019. Another thing of note is he would have been 27 when he started back in 2016.
Now for a little conspiracy, Flamenco claims the court documents are from a school incident, one particularly relating to a school bus and involving other members of his family. Now if I had to guess the incident occured during his 1st year of Highschool, something bad happened something really bad, something that either couldn't let Flamenco, or scared Flamenco from going to back school until 2016. So the possiblities are as follows,
1. He was bullied by some rando and had a meltdown and attacked one of his relatives.
2. He sexually harassed and or raped one of his relatives.
3. One of his family members bullied him causing him to have a meltdown.
4. His family abused him and he reported it to the police.

i know for a fact Harris Teeter doesn't hire people under 16, so he clearly fucked himself putting that on the resume. it limits him to being born before 1999. having said that i also know you can be in high school until age 21, and him being expelled from one school for something would fit the fact that he only listed 3 years at the place where he got a diploma.
so the timeline goes like this, born in late 1998, expelled from high school in 2015/2016, then sent to SVHS. depending on how it shakes out in court he could have lost that entire year of education and that would mean he went to high school for 5 years, with one year in juvie or in some child mental ward.
although the only problem is if it was bad enough to get him expelled from a school at 17 he would have been tried as an adult. but if this happened even earlier in his life like say in elementry school or middle school (the worst time for autists) then it would both be sealed because of his age and rough enough to be expelled.
to combine this with the job info we uncovered, one of the biggest problems with HT is scheduling especially for cashiers because they're usually teenagers and are in school for most of the store's hours. But if they had an autist who was available to work during those hours he'd be invaluble. literally, the store gets a shitload of bonuses for hiring from certain groups and a teenage autist that can and probably would want to exclusively work during regular school hours would be like hitting the jackpot.
Between that and how quickly they do interviews and the fact that hiring is done via the manager who unlike dedicated HR can be reasoned with/won't know to look out for key signs they're hiring a pervert.
We can safely assume Flam was expelled during the 2014/2015 school year. probably that january, which depending on how shit the sentence was on his expulsion would mean missing out on two years of high school technically. it would also mean he would still be a minor at the time
This is also a very significant year because that would have been during the literal height of Gamergate, when most white teenage boys got drafted into the culture wars. considering his later years as a political streamer it would make sense for him learning about the evils of feminism and the left to lead to him becoming even more spergy than usual. combine that with the usual know nothing attitudes of high schoolers and how he mostly seems to have women relatives. We can theorize that he sperged so hard he attacked a girl cousin on the bus which led to him getting expelled.
Now my main reasons for me to feel this was because an argument on the bus is because its the one time in modern american public school where teenagers are forced to be around each other and aren't watched like hawks. kids pick who they sit with at lunch, and chose who to hang with in class and get to pick their own electives so a flam type, even if bullied wouldn't be forced around their abuser for very long during the normal school day. but even the special ed kids or thugs all have to ride the bus with the goody goodies. between that and the average bus ride length being a half hour with hour long bus rides to and from school being the norm. Its exactly where you would have the type of shenanigans that would led to expulsion. everything from blatant sexual harrassment, destroying people's phones, ripping peoples clothes, fighting, graffiti, and even smoke bombs/fireworks being lit can all happen during that brief time.
having said that, the freedom of the bus is also why its such a big place for people to get hit with punishments later on. every bus is equipped with a camera, so unlike at the lunch table, you can't flash your erection or shove your hand up a skirt with no evidence. Combine that with Flam's hentai tastes we can conclude that it doesn't even have to be an argument that gets him kicked off the bus, something like him recreating moments from his anime sexual fantasies could have led to him getting expelled.
My last piece of flimsy evidence and something most of you probably don't know is that in the harris teeter employee orientation video from 2019 onwards, the video on sexual harrassment showcases a woman manager flirting with a younger male underling. that is an obvious and absurd change from their previous employee orientation video which shows the more normal male boss being creepy towards a spinner hardly legal teen girl.
Now i know you are probably asking why i'm using that as evidence, but according to flam, he had a sexual relationship with an older woman, combine this with his autism leading to him never going anywhere where he might interact with women and the age of consent in his state being 16 as well as his daytime schedule and cashier job, he would have been easy pickings for some older woman employee into barely legal teenage boys. his autism and previous sexual harassment-related expulsion would mean that it would probably not be very long before his coworkers and regulars hear he's only working that shift because of a pervy accident involving him telling little girls about his love of milfs and wish to be straight shota'd. In fact i'll even claim the only time he's around women was when he was working there, and beyond that his autistic need to explain things in detail and his trusting nature and spineless attitude would mean that he was coerced into a sexual relationship with his female manager at the harris teeter he was working at.
TL;DR in January of 2015 flam was officially expelled for a period of 12 months from attending public school, for evens that happened during the fall of 2014 relating to gamergate and his love of hentai especially shota hentai. this leads to him getting a job at harris tetter later that month after his 16th birthday. his autism leads to him explaining to his female manager that he is a barely legal pervert into older woman, this leads to him working there and ending up in a sexual relationship with the older woman, this goes on until june 2018 when someone raise the alarm, which leads to it causing enough of a stir that it changes in the employee orientation video for the company. protesting the company firing his mistress he quits. (he wouldn't be leaving for college because he's still in high school at this point)
TL;DR TL;DR Flam was born at the latest in late 1998, i assume the dipshit has done a birthday stream at some point in his e-celeb career so we can at least nail down his birth month.
because of the mininmum age requirement for his job and the max age requirement for high school he is either lying his ass off on linked in or he's born in 1998.
