As much as I think we have to take this with some skepticism since Salvo has his own baggage he's trying to take attention off of recently, it kind of makes a lot of things add up in my head.

-Not an ideal situation for him, but he's more or less allowed to sweep it up on the KC the first time
-Then the German Steam Group leaks, giving the pedo accusations a higher profile, KC fumbles the bag but pretty much no one but his most loyal cocksuckers give him the benefit of the doubt at this point
-(Speculation) Flam's discord Lolita finds out around this time that he's both a pedo and twice her age and threatens legal action for any assortment of bizarre and creepy shit he had her do

To add further speculation, Flamenco's girlfriend recently broke up with him (although he worded it as if it was mutual). Maybe the court case made it more real to her than a bunch of Internet gossip (assuming she knew about any of his shenanigans) and she decided to hightail it.

I think the issue with obtaining the court records relates to it involving a minor, but I believe that Flamenco was speculated to be 19 at the time it happened? I'd have to go and check so take that with a huge pinch of salt. If we know the dates of the court case that would at least give us some idea if these things are related.
