According the property card Patt owns the house now but lives in a million dollar McMansion in TALBOTT, TN 37877.
So flem must be there in the old ranch home alone now since Grandpa Day just died a few months ago.

I don't understand how Flem's last name is Connor.
Joshua Clayton Connor.

The grandparent's last name is Day. The house he is in.
Pat is "Day".
Was Joshua born out of wedlock by Patrick Day and a Connor? And thats how he got Pat's middle name of "Clayton" but the last name of Connor?

I'm pretty sure that is laminate flooring. Carpet and rugs are absolutely nasty so he looses points with me for having all the rugs. I like being able to sweep and vac away the dirt and then mop with soap and bleach to fully sanitize my flooring. My whole house is tile. There was carpet but I got rid of that shit. Have a few kids pissing, shitting, vomiting, and spilling everywhere and you will learn the utility of hard flooring.

Nah. The house looks like shit. The outside is a nice ranch house, but the inside is awful. It could be improved with some paint and some furniture that doesnt look like grandma died on it. As is the furniture/walls/flooring combo make it look like a nursing home/Elks Lodge.

It's wood floor. He has a rug that has a weird square grid on it that makes it look like tile.
