There's nothing wrong with going to college in your late 20s, in my opinion. Another example of the "Lost Generation". Flamenco was in his late teens-early 20's when social media sites like YouTube and Twitch became a thing. Like many in that generation he probably saw how much people were making just by having channels on YouTube and probably wanted in on the action. I mean, it is not too far off. At least 25-30% of kids today say that they want to be YouTube stars or Twitch streamers. Problem is that people like Flamenco and others seem to forget is that the early stars of YouTube did it as a side hobby while working a real job. It also doesn't work out well for everyone. You have to find that niche that will bring in a large number of people to watch your videos or streams. With channels like AVGN and RedLetterMedia it was talking about movies and video games mix in with their own sense of humor. Problem is anime is very niche and not too well know with most people in the West. It is not as popular as, say, talking about old 80's action movies.
YouTube and Twitch stardom is another get rich quick scheme that plays on peoples desires for celebrity.

I don't know the exact mechanism, but any gallery tagged that way gets swept up and fjorded real fast.
What I'm getting at here is it isn't unreasonable to say that the loli tag in particular might have been added as a CYA well after the fact since we're dealing with internet history a decade or more old here.

As a result, my guess is the tag was added later due to the setting for most of the story being a private highschool, so it follows that all the younger female characters who end up in sexual situations, so specifically the ones sporting double-Ds which are drawn to look like women, not young girls, could plausiblybe underage. This is not a 5000 year old vampire situation, it's the opposite if anything, and the tag appears to an effort to CYA and preserve adrev just in case.
