There's the act of Pedophilia as child molestation. It's interchangeable, and there are plenty of Pedophiles (the social description) that have never engaged in child molestation. You can be a child and engage in child molestation, being under 18 doesn't remove the incident. It's like murder. You kill a person you're a murderer for life. If you engage in child molestation/pedophilia you're a child molester for life, even if you don't engage in it as an adult.

This is unrelated to the current topic but I did look into this, Boy Soprano is not about college, it doesn't even pass the 5000 year old elf defense. The translated text does say college, but the original text says "私立カレント・クロウリー学園", which in anime/Japanese contexts doesn't specifically refer to a higher institute of learning. The text also makes reference to the protagonist's first time being in uniform. A quick search of the artist and you'll also see their works regularly featured in Comic LO, a famous magazine for lolicon content.

I did not, when I added him I just had him on my friends list and never interacted with his profile beyond that. Only reason I checked this time was because I noticed him playing a lot of Bloons lately and once I went to his page I scouted out the rest of it out and noticed the group, the thought never crossed my mind to check until this morning.
