The upload is a share rate to torrents, its why if you take the uploaded count and divide by the downloaded count you'll get the up/down ratio. Thats a seed ratio. You're quoting the EHTracker, which shows 0 gallery completes, which means he never finished downloading any galleries in question (as in having the full gallery available for viewing). He most likely torrent some story, and never finished while letting it run for a LONG time, as he has 61900 seedmins. For such low download/upload values, to have that high of seedmins means he kept something torrenting idly for a few months that would/couldn't complete.
Boy Soprano is the favorite gallery, not his archive, we don't know what he did or didn't upload.
