To a normal person most anime characters look like children. The characters in general tend to be designed to look as young as possible, the big head in relation to the body and the big eyes are all features that children have. Even if you staple some big titties onto that it still looks like a child, but with tits (ew). I guess if you watch too much anime that becomes normalized to you to the point where you see nothing wrong with it.

I half agree but i wouldnt be this blanket with it as there is good anime that doesnt sexualize children ( Gyaku Burai Kaiji for example ).
