I half agree but i wouldnt be this blanket with it as there is good anime that doesnt sexualize children ( Gyaku Burai Kaiji for example ). Usually characters are modeled around European men/women in their early 20s and the big eyes are because of the complex asians have with their own slanted ones genetically since European Genetics are more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The wide eyes no nose thing is an expression of that to the extreme. Basically just avoid the weirdo highschool shit and hentai and you can actually find some good entertainment both gamewise and moviewise.
