We publicly disavow any attempts at getting the public involved, let it be swatting or just a welfare check. Obviously, swatting is the worst out of it all. There is clearly someone actively fucking with people on this side of the internet, everyone that has a thread here have likely been swatted in the last three months. I had thought they first posted yesterday, it is very suspicious for them to post August 6th but wait until August 17th to freak out when they were swatted on July 25th. So you get swatted on July 25th and you find out about this forum. Your first post doesn't talk about the swatting that happened 13 days ago instead you tell someone to get a job. Then 11 days later you shit up the thread for 2 days drop ring footage that could be a swatting. After that you reveal what the sealed court documents are. Feels weird and unrealistic. It would be more believable if not for them first posting on the 6th.

Like others have said, the swatting stuff seems like a red herring. It's a tough one tho, on the one hand it would seem odd not to lead with that, but on the other hand, assuming this is Flam's mom/step-mom/family member, it also wouldn't be that out of line for a boomer woman unfamiliar with this format of communication would just scream incoherently in to the void without first getting to the actual point of why they were mad, or intentionally leaving things vague out of fear it'd escalate whatever they're going through.

That said, the unprompted confession about the sealed records gives me pause, for one because of how it seemingly came out of nowhere after their "proof" of a swatting was laughed off, and for two because of how vague and seemingly exonerating it is for Flam. Did we even have confirmation Flam or his dad lived in NY prior to this? Gayop or not that's overplaying their hand just a bit now that we know where to look for it (assuming it isn't an intentional misdirect)
