Bro, what the fuck is the cable hell in photo 8? Their realtor should be shot for not telling them to clean that up before photos, or they should be shot for not doing so after the realtor mentioned it. We went through so many houses growing up and the one thing the realtors would always sperg about was shit like the cables there and other assorted clutter that just makes your house look trashy and not "lived in". Nearly half a mil for the house and can't avoid having a clearly visible fucked up cable heap in a major room.
