FLEEKAZOID

Steam reviews have become completely useless, haven't they? If you can't even make a negative review anymore and have to give the game a thumbs up in order to write your criticism in hopes it will not be deleted by a jannie, what's the point? Same forced pozitivity onto the players that the company forces on it's employees. Funny that this is happening with Obsidian of all companies since they released this little game called "Outer Worlds" a few years ago. Take a guess what was a big aspect of that gameworld's culture. Better yet, that game had more features than Avowed, as seen in this video here
But you know what? That's ok. I'm sure in 15 years, when Obsidian finally releases Avowed 2, we might be able to get interactive guards or arrows bouncing off stone like you would in Oblivion, a game released in 2006.

With the current trajectory, it's more likely we will get Avowed 2 but this time you can't even customize your character, swim, jump, or make dialogue choices at all. People will make comparison videos with the first Avowed and wonder where it all went wrong, but not Oblivion, because modern GPUs will have been sabotaged with the lack of PhysX and other necessary parts to make them refuse to run anything made before 2025.

I found this guy randomly on jewtube and I like his content.
I do love the full retard high energy and the "coomerism" as some faggot in this thread said.

He talks like how dudes in my generation talk, when they hang around with each other.
Men being crass and loud, when talking about women, especially amongst themselves, isn't "coomerism" or as some other faggot sissies would say "inappropriate".

Kinda sad that in today's landscape, someone with a modicum of high T is such a rare creature.

How I miss the olden halcyon days...

It's a shame, you can't like busty women anymore without someone shitting on you for it...where's that clip from anyway, the dude looks familiar, like a better looking Matt Hannon (Samurai Cop). Actually, is that Nemesis?

It's Kevin Sorbo, which means that clip is almost definitely from that old Hercules TV show he starred in. Pretty good cheesy 90s action series.

As another user said, it's Kevin Sorbo from Hercules, a 90s show that aired when I was a kid and made me appreciate busty and fit women.

One might think I'm wearing nostalgia glasses, but I do actually watch older movies, shows, hell, even cartoons (Gargoyles, Batman Beyond, Batman the Series etc) when the mood strikes me. And besides some cheesy elements, I'm always taken aback by how good they are in comparison with modern alternatives. This knowledge, what we've lost and that we've lost so much and may never have it back, is an especially cruel form of pain.

In a way, zoomers are blessed in their ignorance and worship of brown mongrels.

I remember seeing the Pearl Jam music video "Do the Evolution" and thoroughly enjoyed it because of the animation. I later found out the animators were the same ones who did Batman Beyond. That show was kino.

Is World a good entry point? I was thinking of picking it up, but it's still $70 for the complete edition (which is insane to me for a 7 year old game).
(Yeah these Japs either really love or really hate discounts for anything) It's hard to really say, World is a good entry point if you don't plan on playing the older games, even then from World to Rise can be a bit jarring so World to Wilds is more accurate, whereas Rise would probably be a "better" choice if we're talking about nu-MH. Otherwise, no, because if you plan on playing the older MH games it's far more of a difference. Would recommend 4U or GU on an emulator as a starting point if you want some of the best MH games. FU is also good if you want to experience the series without most the QoL, streamlining, gimmicks, whatever you see in later games. Just pure, raw, Monster Hunter for better or worse.
I had a Mega link from a /v/ (or /vg/) thread that had all you need to emulate GU so I'll either have to find that link or reupload it somewhere other than fucking Mega. I downloaded it with Mega Bastard so I don't have the browser history for it so I might reupload it, thread was swept within the hour because too many people were shitting on Wilds.

Thanks for the info.
I've heard good things about GU. If I can get a hold of a copy of it, I'll definitely check it out.
