Fluffies - Brony erotica about tortured mentally retarded pony foals

That's something I really hate about most fluffy stories/drawings that involve that kind of stuff. Rather than be creative or make something funny, they make something bleak and edgy. Which honestly sucks, because you can do so many things with these small multi colored horses, but instead we get shit that some edgy teen would make in high school.

The worldbuilding in some of these fluffy comics is extra disturbing. It's one thing where the author depicts a freak/loner torturing fluffies and keeping it on the sly, or a dispassionate researcher coldly performing surgery on them.

It's quite another when you've apparently got a society where people are openly torturing small creatures for pleasure, and even factory workers or lab demonstrators are ripping into them with glee. The sort of stuff that would never fly in even an abattoir with chickens being slaughtered for food, much less things with near human level intelligence that can talk.

It kinda makes you wonder what these authors think of the world around them and if they're maybe hoping for a way to inflict actual torture on animals. I'm sure some of them are just le edgy 4Chan Trolle (in the vein of Isabella Janke) but some of them are definitely completely sincere in making these posts.

Speaking of what you just said. I distinctly remember seeing a drawing that someone made, that I found interesting. This single drawing pretty much examined the idea of fluffies being considered as "pest" and being killed in public, by showing a kid freaking out after seeing a fluffy get killed by a random guy, and the random guy trying and failing to calm them down. I don't remember where i saw it. But I do remember the title of the post and what it said. "Just because it's legal, doesn't mean you should do it in public."

I don't have any information about the behind-the-scenes deal with this, but to associate that highlighted comment, with defending Hitler, seems like a stretch. Gayroommate also went into DFE mode, shortly after the ban.

You might want to reread the image there, she kicked up a storm by saying the poster of that text was defending Hitler, she didn't defend Hitler herself.
When staff told that it wasn't defending Hitler she went insane because she wanted to virtue signal or something I guess.
