She's passive in conversations and such. She was actually only observed to speak once with Chris in public in a place that wasn't their date.
She's dominant whenether Chris does soemthing stupid though, like when she dragged him through the door after the said date when he stared at another couple on the way out.

Flutter seems altogether entirely passive around Chris. From the Food Lion spotting where Chris was lecturing her on something, to his general behavior around her, it's almost like Chris is the one wrangling her around. That's the only option that I buy where she can stand to be around him. Maybe Flutter really is pretending to be Crystal and Chris is tard daddy. It would make sense if Chris is not doing his clown Troon outfits anymore.

A woman spending well into 5 digits to spend copious time with Chris Chan isn't more plausible. And if Flutter is this well off, why doesn't Chris live with her by now? There's nothing left for him in Virginia.

As long as Chris' residence is with Praetor, I have to assume she's with them. I am thinking more that BOTH Chris and Flutter are wrangled tards, though. This does leave the question why Caden is paying for all this, but every possible answer is flawed.

You can only spend a certain amount of days in Finland at a time without an EU citizenship, either 90 at a time, or 180 a year. The easiest way to get the said citizenship is to marry a citizen of a country that's a part of the EU. Chris is using that up as best he can.

Besides, Caden bought him a house in Virginia on him and relies on him financially, I very much doubt he'd allow Chris to just leave.

Maybe one of the conditions for Flutter to use her money how she likes is that she can't get married or even have a guy living with her/ common law marriage with some fine gent like Chris.

Maybe her family doesn't know about the relationship or maybe Caden has expressly forbid a permanent settlement in Finland so he can keep Chris under his thumb.

Maybe she's not seeking something permanent, yet, or maybe Chris himself doesn't want to leave the US and/or lose his tugboat.

We know how adverse he is to change and how much he doesn't like to shake things up, he wants a literal housewife, mother, gal pal to hang out with as well as his own living sex doll.

Even if he likes Finland, why should he have to make the change?

People don't like change and Chris is not doing anything that could make him uncomfortable or jeopardize his lifestyle.

Aren't most of the Chris sightings now outside the US? What's the possibility that he doesn't even live here any more and only keeps up the charade to collect SSI?

I don't think Chris would have any qualms about overstaying a visa. This is a man who has never in his life encountered any rule or law that he believed applied to him.
