Temporary update: Due to the so far unproven and unverified information circulating online, and also due to the fact that I know what this sort of shit leads to, none of the information from "the video" are going to be included in this post until I can get an accurate verdict on the validity of the said video and/or manage to find solid proof on Flutter from the name given. As Chris has said himself, "Flutter is Flutter, that's all you need to know".
Beware: This thread is in no way complete, and the info may get updated or shifted around as more and more evidence of her true identity is revealed. As we have learned, even the tiniest pieces of info can shift the perception of her persona completely.
Flutter is an enigma in the current Christory. While she seems like just another galpal of his on the surface, people have polarizing opinions on her involvement in the current Christory, from stating she's his first true love, to believing she's the current mastermind behind the current Praetor operations. I intend to answer these questions in this thread and archive everything we have on her.
First, before we begin piecing together the info we have, it's time for a quick timeline of events.
Somewhere in 2022, Flutter started writing to Chris. They managed to bond well, and after several months and after Chris's release from jail, they met up in real life in Lynchburg. This is claimed by Chris in the Setting The Record Straight Youtube video from October 17.
The first footage of her, however, emerged only in September, when on the 4th of that month, along with the footage of Chris's car being parked at 14 Branchland Court, a video of them both talking by a Coinstar machine in Ruckersville's Food Lion emerged.
Afterwards, many smaller sightings of her happened, and while many of them didn't have Flutter captured on video or in images, she was confirmed by observers to be with him every single time Chris went out in public, although at this stage it wasn't sure whether she was his GF, handler, or whatever else. In order, we have:

Wild chase by DooDoo fard2874 from Lynchburg to Sheetz in Charlottesville (Although Flutter was in the car, she wasn't seen in any of the footage, so I'm only posting the link to the Youtube video)

Another Walmart, this time in Bedford, VA.
Another good piece of footage of Flutter.
What's interesting here is that Chris has bought a lot of fitness stuff, including several yoga mats. They would later be seen, alongside an Eastwood vinyl player, in his room in pics from December 23
and January 2,
suggesting Flutter shares the room... which is strange, because the Praetorium is sufficiently big enough (space for four families) that it shouldn't be the case. It may imply that several other people live at the property, splitting rent, especially since Chris seems to occupy only one fourth of the property, specifically, the right side of the first floor looking from the front of the house. As that divulges from the Flutter thread significantly, I won't go much into the details here.

Spotting at CVS. This is where it gets deep. The camera footage shows Chris hugging and kissing Flutter. The Reddit post has since been deleted, but the pictures were saved. While the comments weren't archived, the author had several interesting things to say about the sightings:

One of the more significant sightings. It has given us the best picture of her face to date.

Nothing interesting on Flutter there, she was waiting in Chris's car.

This is where the sightings had ended, at least for a while. Despite her being seen with Chris every single time he was seen himself, she was no longer spotted by randos. Chris was, once again, roaming the streets, malls and Walmarts alone. People thought she had dumped him, which seemed to confirm that she was, yet again, another failed heartsweet. But then...
She wasn't.
Ah, right, before that, Chris also mentioned her twice in his videos/livestreams, but the only one worth talking about is the one from October 17, brought up ealrier. The video itself was made to dispel any rumors about Chris...well, what WAS it about? Chris never fucked his mother in the first place, right?
RIGHT?
Notably, in it, Chris claims that Flutter is his friend, despite him getting pretty handy with her just a month ealrier.
The interesting bit here is that the portion about Flutter abrubtly cuts partway through, almost as if Praetor wanted to conceal her identity. I have no idea what that's about.But let's get to the meat of it.
- December 20, 2023 -
A guy went on the flight from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to Richmond International Airport (Remember this particular bit of info, for it will be very relevant later), and he has seen Flutter. Here's an additional statement he added later under the post.
Not only that, but he has, by accident, recorded the said embrace between the two and has thus documented her name for all of us to hear.
The audio itself isn't quite clear to definitely conclude what her name is based on that, but it seems to be close enough to confirm her name if it somehow leaks online.
The OG post also contained a video of the two walking to the baggage claim area. Chris doesn't allow the guy to take the pictures of himself and Flutter, the second, after the facemask on the plane, sign of Flutter's fear of being doxxed.
Being the awesome guy he was, when asked about the plane tickets, a possible way to identify who Flutter was, he responded:
This shows the flight number and her seat...plus, she was pretty anxious on a plane. The guy did censor the most relevant bits tho.
This isn't the end of the news from that day though, as Chris was later seen driving away from Henrico's Sheetz with Flutter in his car, driving her back to the Praetorium.

Sighting in Isabella's Italian Trattoria restaurant in Lynchburg.

The interesting bits about this sighting for us, as shared by the OP, are:
- Chris was, as always, rude to staff and tried talking to randos.
- Chris was pretty loud, as described by the guy as being a "shrill motherfucker", not a behaviour you'd normally want to see from your date.
- Flutter doesn't seem mentally handicapped and seemed to keep Chris in check.
- Flutter did not have an accent, albeit, as always, it's an object of debate whether this means anything to us or not.
- He didn't catch her name.
- When asked about her looks "She's definitely an adult. Her face looks mature, and kind of wrinkly, if I had to guess she has something simillar to Hasbulla but not as extreme"
- When asked if they were acting like a couple, he said that they shared food.
- They shared a dessert and Chris hand fed her a cake...ew.
- Chris ate spaghetti like a toddler, again, manners.
- Flutter paid...
- Chris was stuck looking at another couple and Flutter had to get him through the door. Chris was also pissed when the guy tried to take a photo of them, but they shook hands.
- He later talked about the circumstances of the photo "I asked if I could get a photo, he said "no thank you" I said I was a huge fan and asked to shake his hand to which he obliged, I asked again if I could take a quick photo which is when both him and Egg started to act visibly pissed. Chris yelled and made a bit of a scene and egg pulled Chris away and they walked away relatively quickly".

First sighting of Chris outside of Virginia in several years. This one, specifically, was taken in Cary, NC...and Flutter is obviously with him.
They were there to buy tickets for Animate! Raleigh, which lead to the events we all know and (not) love, which I won't get into here, as it's less about Flutter and more of Chris's weird behaviour being cut abrubtly short by the ban on the second convention day.
As it's a long story though., I'll just post the pictures and videos of Flutter there, then use all of the info we have gathered from this in the later section.

A post from a guy working at a small food store claimed Chris visited his venue.
While not fully confirmed, it can be assumed from the fact that it was, once again, in Henrico county and Chris was seen alone, that this is when Chris had taken Flutter to the Richmond International Airport. This also matches with the info we have learned by now, including his increased activity on socials around that time (Focused Guidances video and Keffals livestream) and the fact that Chris was spotted alone for over two months after that.
I do not have the reason to doubt it for several reasons:
- As stated above, Flutter was not seen for a while afterwards.
- Chris clearly has a different cycle with and without Flutter, which is noticeable now.
- The redditor clearly doesn't know his history and has no reason to lie about it.

Flutter was to come with Chris to BABSCon, as confirmed by the email exchange framed and put up by BABSCon staff in the Mare Gallery in the event.
Specifically, Chris bought two tickets (costing $150 each) and, while trying to convince the staff to let him into the event, Chris wrote the following:
"I was looking for an enjoyable, peaceful weekend with my friend that would have been more than very good and beneficial. But no, you dare deny us this simple pleasure as Pegasisters of the Brony Community."
This seems to mean one of two things. Either Flutter is a genuine Brony (or Pegasister), or she simply puts up with his MLP antics for the sake of hitching a ride on his S.S. Scurvy Anatidae.

TJ Max, River Ridge Mall, swimsuit section, then JC.
Flutter's second grand return, and a affirmation that, despite what some may believe, Flutter is a constant in current Christory. Nothing else luckily came out of this sighting tho...yet. Don't blame me for swimsuit pics of both of them.
The sighting itself also implies something else that's interesting, which I will delve into later, but for now...
See, despite the BABSCon banning Chris, Flutter still arrived at the same time, meaning that the visit was pre planned. If Flutter indeed lived in the US, this wouldn't be that much of an issue, therefore, it means that Flutter had to prepare for it well in advance, including the booking of the flights.
This sighting would also mark the final Flutter sighting in March and the final US sighting of Chris for the next month and a half.

My birthday, but also an important date for another reason.
Specifically, this is the reported date of the first Helsinki sighting.
Of note is the fact that it's a yet another shopping mall. Take note of Chris's coat too. Will be important later.
The date comes from the Snapchat reel that Octopox posted shortly after obtaining the footage.

Chris and Flutter were spotted by a Redditor in Mall of Tripla later that month, passing by Pancho Villa, with Chris holding a Normal store bag.
The photo itself was published in November that same year, originally as a reply to a Finnish language post on another subreddit about Flutter,, likely in response to (now confirmed false by Chris) rumors from later that year.

Before I describe the sighting itself, the road to its discovery was pretty long and winded and I think it deserves a mention.
See, on June 7th, 2025, Chris posted several pictures of his toys on Twitter and Bluesky whilst e begging for more from his so-called "fans". I am linking Twitter here, mostly because it has one extra picture.
The less important thing in here, which I and several forum members have discovered, is that the postcard seen in there comes from the Festival of Light event held on the 10th of May, 2025, which is the first time Chris was confirmed back in the US after his fourth trip, much later in the timeline, but it also has something else that I find really interesting, contained in the top left corner of the fourth and final image.
You got that right, it's a photo of Chris in front of something, which we have later deduced to be Linnanmäki in Helsinki, Finland. A Kiwi Farms user found it to most likely be a photo from the Taiga roller coaster, one of those things they take mid ride and then you can buy them after the ride ends.
A bit later, due to the efforts of a redditor,we have found definitive proof of when the photo was taken, located in this video.
That's right, it's Chris and his moomin GF, in the same T shirt as shown in the photograph.
And yeah, they're holding hands, noticed just now. And since we know what day it is, we might be able to find more footage from that day.
There's also a guy on Ylilauta who claims they have seen Chris there at summer last year, though this is unsupported by any evidence.

After Flutter presumably stayed in Finland, the next time she was spotted was at the River Ridge Mall (Seems to be the new Fashion Square Chris wasn't yet banned from), at around 5:30 PM.
Chris was seen walking out of a Chic-Fil-A and went to a movie (presumably for another sort of Chic-Fil-A) with our beloved moomin, specifically Inside Out 2...

During that day's livestream (which I wasn't at and hadn't yet seen it in full), Chris was playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
When entering the dressing room, he revealed he has made a skin of Flutter.
This is, unironically, the best picture of Flutter to date.

Another sighting next to Walmart in Lynchburg.
At this point, Flutter clearly either is an eltrich horror that cannot be photographed, Redditors suck at taking pictures of women, or Flutter is pretty weary of her surroundings and keeps her profile low.
In response to that one, we also got another sighting from the same spot, this time a short video in addition to a lesser relevant car pic. This was published both on Reddit and Kiwi Farms.

This one just confirms her paranoia and obsession with not having pics of her taken. Kind of understandable. I'd be too if I hung out around Chris knowing who he was and everyone was obsessed with taking a pic of me.

Yeah...this can mean that she grooms Chris to make him cooperate, she is a foreigner (cough cough) ot at least unfamilliar with the technology (in a Walmart?), or something else. Maybe it was Finnish accent? Who knows.
Later DM's with the guy lead to this reply:
Frankly, nothing new, but, in public, she oddly seems to be submissive. This is contrasted to her dominant behaviour during conventions. The accent masking does hint at Finnish descent (either no accent or very faint), but the anime voice... huh...

The interesting bit, however, is what the OP wrote in the description.
Specifically, that the two of them were driving to Charlottesville. I suspected the worst and that Chris wasn't actually driving to 14BC and instead drove Flutter to an airport in Richmond. This was, however, disproven by...

While not a face pic, it is a pretty good side profile. The author stated in the comments that it was their mission to someday take a face pic of the cryptid. For now though, this is all we get.

The first sighting set in Roanoke since the one on October 3.
The picture has been taken by two buddies at the Valley View Mall. When asked for a photo, Chris refused, most likely due to the off camera cryptid which has been described as the OP as "a little kid" and confirmed after the fact to be Flutter. Instead, Chris fist bumped and blessed them.
There are at least two independent sightings of him there though, as another commenter claimed they saw both of them at the Target located in the said mall.
This day saw a lot more sightings of them both, however, as as I do not want to die of cringe watching TikTok, I will only post the absolute peak goods, that being the sighting revealed two days later.
Despite her face only consisting of a few thousand pixels, it's still one of the better face pics we have gotten and her first face pic since October 1.

Second Finland sighting.
The first time Chris was reported to have been in Finland, although disproven by several pieces of evidence I found (more on that later) and the two sightings I talked about ealrier. The location is Mall of Tripla, specifically, near the entrance to the Convention Center leading to the cinema/Sokka hotel. Despite me contacting Geno for more info, that was left unanswered, so I cannot provide much more than what was seen here. Of note is that, while it's not particularly relevant here, back when this video was made, there were two Normals, as the store was in the process of moving. The sighting location was the second floor Normal, which had a closing sale at the time. If you were to look at the website, however, you'd only see the third floor Normal, which is its current location, that opened around October 4th, as reported by several Finns I've talked with.

Chris livestreamed a "speed run" of Shadow Generations that day, during which he stated the following after being asked how he would handle revealing a child in the future.
This eventually lead to the massive speculation (which originated with a misheard quote from the CWCki I reposted here without much thought, oops_) about the possibility of Flutter being pregnant with his child. As this was the first time a lot of the world learned about Flutter's existence, it's still worthwhile to mention it here.

That day, a day after liking a post referencing the situation, Chris has made an announcement on his social media.
In it, he stated that the pregnancy rumors were false all along and that he was being hyphotetical about it.
He also repeated the announcement on his Twitter account.

Chris was spotted by @octopox 's friend at a Redi mall in Helsinki. Flutter was on location, but, sadly, not captured on an image by said friend.

Flutter arrived on the scene once again around Valentine's Day and was spotted with Chris in a now deleted series of pictures on Tiktok. After contacting the original poster of these via Tiktok, a redditor uploaded watermark-free versions of them, which I am linking below.
The store's P.A.W., or Pet & Aquatic Warehouse, located at 2408 Wards Road, Lynchburg, and is divided into multiple "departments", each themed around some type of pet. The above pics show the Dog & Cat Department, for example.
I suspect the visit's not due to some new pet Chris has or had just bought, albeit that might sadly be false, but due to Praetor ran Etsy store, where he sells the following item.
Chris tried to claim it's not just aquarium gravel, but... he failed horribly.
This is especially likely because the later pics showed them at the Reptile Department of the store.
I very much doubt Chris has bought a snake, in any case.

Due to the lack of details about the time of this sighting, I haven't given a clear date, albeit it's likely it was taken on the day it was posted onto the Ylilauta forums.
If that's the case, then this is the second sighting from the fourth Finland trip, although, strangely, Flutter was nowhere to be seen in the first one...
The location appears to be Arnolds at the Redi mall, same place they were spotted back in December.
One thing that the OP claimed, which I was initially sceptical about due to the subpar translation by several programs, was that they have seen Chris at Redi multiple times. One post of theirs claims that they have seen "it" at Redi "often", but first time "like this", whatever it meant, and the other reads that Flutter might live in a Kalesatama disabled people home since "they're at Redi all the time". I am conflicted on this tho. Maybe he means he has seen Flutter there often alone?

Chris streamed Sonic The Hedgehog (2006) on Youtube for the third time and the first time after returning from Finland.
He uploaded the video onto his Youtube the following day, then reposted it onto Kiwi Farms.
Chris fails to give any specific info despite the promised $50 reward, which suggests he was either heavily coached or is commited to Flutter in a way never before seen with any other GF of his. The whole Philly shit is complete and made up BS, however, his quick answer about her being an university student is pretty plausible.
If his reaction to being asked about if her name starts with an "A" is any indication, (instant "That is not for me to say", same reaction as when asked about being spotted in Finland ealrier in the call) this might also be factually correct, especially with the airport clip we have for a good while now.
Later in the stream, when donated by a guy nicked "whoisfIlutter", he had the following response:
Can't blame him, this is yet another time he's been bothered about it. However, it's one of the few times he has actually spoken her name in a public video, and the first since...I'm pretty sure the Persona 5 livestream.
This is the "official" timeline of the events. However, using the info we have gathered, we can deduce exactly what went on during this time and, potentially, expose Chris's greatest troll/lover.
As stated by Chris, Flutter started the "relationship" by contacting Chris in jail. Even though Praetor leaked several messages during that period of time...they hadn't leaked any of hers. Because my theory on the Praetor has changed, I wouldn't say she is directly connected to Praetor, but I suspect that Praetor might have counted on Flutter to sorta "wrangle" Chris in the right direction and put some sense into him. Mind you, due to Flutter being Finnish, communicating with Chris via the letters would have been hard, so her getting outside help like Helena G. Fiorenza did wouldn't be out of the question.
This changed slightly when Chris escaped justice and inhabited a group home in Chester. He could finally meet his friend IRL, which he did. Although the timeline is unknown, he stopped being spotted at all after the July 3 sighting and was subsequently spotted in Lynchburg on July 20. This implies that he has fully moved from Richmond/Chester to Big Island. He has also stated that Lynchburg was where he originally met Flutter. By that point, the two of them would have been in contact for around a year and could have had a relationship going, well, at least to the point where Flutter went out of her way to meet Chris in person despite living on the other half of the globe. She most likely went to Chris at that time due to the fact that she could now have a home to stay in instead of being crammed into an autistic group home. She did assist Chris to 14BC, but that could be to introduce her to Barb and not neccesairly due to being his handler. Besides, who would want a handler who lives in Finland and is unavailable two thirds of the time?
The sighting from September 19 is also pretty interesting, because it shows that Chris has a handler which is not her. Since Flutter only visited Chris a couple of times for a few weeks each, as well as the fact that the stores continued operaiton when Chris was in Finland, Chris's mail in his fanmail stream was pre opened, someone had to set up Chris's greenscreen and PC, as well as take photos for the store, all the while she would have been unavailable, this means that the handler must be on location. I have no idea who that person is, but I'm sure we'll learn about it someday.
As for the lover aspect...would you really take many expensive intercontinental flights with several layovers just for an average paying job? In addition to that, we have the September 17 sighting, where she, albeit reluctantly, beared Chris's pervy moves. This, as well as several other simillar situations, such as one at the restaurant and the hand over the shoulder at the con, her going to theme parks with him and riding the roller coasters (something mostly young couples do), holding hands, as well as the fact that she was always the one to pay for stuff, shows that she is attracted to Chris to the point where she can stand many of the behaviors which his ex galpals would break up with him for. In addition to that, we have the Persona livestream, in which Chris said the following quote while replying to the question "Can your wives see the world around you?":
Chris, noticeably, had a long pause before he said "as well as Flutter" and did it under his breath, as if dreaming about her.
The theory of her being finnish came from Chris's Duolingo, which he started around October 9 and later posted about a ton on his Twitter.
Between October 9, 2023 and April 2024, he has gathered over 70K points in Finnish, then an additional 150K points from 13 October onwards, making his Finnish total over 220K points. This is compared to 120 points in Spanish (which is his second language), 15 in Hebrew (which he has claimed to relearn once on Twitter as he is Jesus Christ...yeah...) and, as of recently, 150 points in Japanese. He is also very secretive of his taken language on all social medias despite flexing about it everywhere.
Later on, we also found this account.
While the name does remind us of a certain other invidual, it was, indeed, operated by Chris, as can be deduced from the masses of TF2 Analysis members it follows (ban evading) and more of the anti G5 spam.
However, it's not what I am here for, that reason being... the amount of finnish content he has liked...

Since we now know Chris actually went to Finland, this was most likely him trying to prepare himself for that visit. Plus, it would score points with Flutter. It didn't particularly work out tho, as he spoke in English in the April 4 sighting.
Now, for the fun part. See, before the sightings were confirmed, I actually suspected this was the case and later found evidence for fully confirming it. I had a few other people post about it, but in short (Which will not be short at all, most likely):
- Charlotte Douglas is a common flight hub. So is Dallas Fort Worth. If you wanted to go from Richmond to Helsinki, you'd need to have layovers in both. This one was actually confirmed by this sighting of Chris on May 24.
Look at his coat. It's the same one as in the April 4 Finland sighting. Due to this, we can deduce that Chris was in Finland between April 4 to May 24.
- Chris's March 25 failed livestream had him sing a Klingon song. Before the song was released by him on Youtube, however, three other songs were, two of them in Finnish and one of them in High Valarian, a made up Game of Thrones language.
- The harvesting gravel vid (link to the CWCki page) has bare trees, supposedly in late April. It's obviously from at least March due to the April 4 sighting, but it was proof ot the prerecording even before this information was made public.
- This Reddit post.
- Between these two sightings, Chris had paused all social media activity bar one post about doxxing, one Sonichu page (which he seems to draw mainly during the Finland trips nowadays) and one post about Bigfoot spotting in another country.
- The commissions resumed on the May 28th, almost instantly after he returned.
A shit ton of the Youtube vids published during his second Finland trip also have a thumbnail with the system clock showing September 18, however, in at least one of them, Cubepy Build Part 2, Chris mentioned events from August. In this vid, he talks about Rick and Morty anime premiering on Max in a few days, which happened on August 16, meaning that the videos come from around the 8th of that month. You could actually form a cohesive timeline of when they were recorded, which I might eventually do. During his third and fourth Finland trips, Chris has instead resorted to lazy Emgo style videos showcasing his custom Transformers redecos recorded back in January of 2024.
When confronted by @waltahwhite'freemovies about him being spotted in Finland, Chris denied it multiple times, including denying being spotted in Dallas, before denying ever having a Duolingo account (factually incorrect, since, as we have seen above, he has even shared his progress from it onto his social medias), later claiming he used it for "math"... which, even if this was genuinely what he was doing, it was introduced shortly after he had started using the app, in October of 2023.
As for the evidence of Flutter being Finnish, we have several.
First, her eyes are blue, which has been first noted by the person from the Animate Raleigh ATHF sighting and which has been since confirmed via Flutter's Minecraft skin which features blue eyes. Blue eyes and blonde hair is a combination very common amongst Scandinavian women, which might also hint towards Flutter having Finnish genes. In "The Resurrection of Chris Chan", TheGamerFromMars also confidently states that Finland is Flutter's home country, albeit whether that's a slip of the tongue, lack of knowledge or him accidentally stating something he was not supposed to, we have no idea. I give him specifically more credit than most youtubers because he was actually in talks with Praetor and Chris during the production of the documentary and got a ton of insider info.
She was described as being 30 by Chris., which several onlookers have confirmed further. While some people thought she was younger than that, it seems to be due to her being this short and having a childlike face, though it's unknown what has caused it. If she is really an university student as Chris claims, this might make her younger, though, again, that's a bit of iffy info there.
She was never shown to drive. It could be more proof she's Finnish, because she'd need an US driving licence and a car for that, though I simply suspect she just uses public transport and Chris.
Due to her seeming lack of job and the massive amount of money she'd need on flights, she's presumably from a wealthy family. She also seems to pay for Chris which might mean that she either supports him financially or doesn't trust him with his money (both very likely theories).
While I cannot do much with it, I also have a bit of info from Ylilauta which may also prove interesting, though I treat it as mostly conjecture.
Specifically, one user claims that Flutter went to the same school as them, The user claimed to be the 1992 year (Which lines up with Flutter's age, which is now around 31) and that the school was in South Ostrobothnia.
Of course, as South Ostrobothnia has over 125 comprehensive schools, that means barely anything to us, however, it could be a lead.
No wonder why she's so weary, if someone at her place found out about her, she'd be doxxed beyond any belief.
There's also this post, though I doubt its validity as it's a bit too implausible that a known Finnish lolcow would have zero people who know about her that are also into Christory.
From other pieces of unproven info, we also have this post of an alleged sighting, though I also have doubts about it.
