Edit: I was right, I remember this when it was reported on the news for that said villain and the odd nazi propaganda parallels. I wouldn't be surprised if the creator did it on purpose to get his comic some publicity.

But this comic is like if Captain Planet had a horror-child with a SJW. All it needs is a few comics showing China and the Russia as beautiful utopias.

Yeah, it was on a talk show. I saw it skimming through channels, laughed and turned the channel. It was back when I think San-Fransisco was mulling over a bill to ban circumcisions iirc?

Usually the cows are horrible artists and make pointless Mary Sue comics about how their life is shit.

In this rare case, a good artist succumbs to cow-level insanity. We could be looking at the next Randy Quaid here.
 
At first I though this comic is deliberately mocking the kind of clumsy, shoehorned pandering one can see in Captain Planet, but then I realized how it completely lacks any self awareness.
With a bit of self irony, this could've been a fun Drawn Together-esque balls-to-the-walls satire filled with absurd blue humor, but it completely drops the ball. How can a comic book with a protagonist called Foreskin Man take itself so excessively seriously?

Foreskin man is a good example of Poe's law. I was under the impression that foreskin man was a satire of the anti-circumcision movement at first. Wouldn't know any better if I hadn't checked his official site with all the genital integrity activist shit.
 
This artist is incredibly familiar. Absolutely they're ripping off late 90s Top Cow in general and Billy Tan in particular. Dave Finch's old work does tend towards man faces and wonky body proportions on the female characters very similar to this comic, but I don't think he's ever been out of work and hurting for money badly enough to do dreck like this for scratch. I need to do pull out my old comics and do some research. My collection pretty much stopped in the early 2000s, but I might be able to find them back there.
