Sometimes, the internet is just savage af:

Speaking of the Austrian grand prix, I looked back in the thread a bit, and noticed that the first time that this thread started to get more consistent traffic was for the Austrian grand prix 2020, which was on page 10! It's hard to believe that the race during which lewis binned albon was two years ago.
Its amazing how we haven't run out of ways to call Hamilton a cunt yet.

Watching it back again on the international commentary feed and even the Hammy Dicksucking Squad are absolutely confused by Ferrari's decisions here.

A detail I hadn't learned is that tire blankets are going away entirely next year. The Merc is bad at it even now, their out laps might be tragic next season.

Without tyre blankets, undercuts will cease to be a thing.

Removing tyre blankets won't be quite as dramatic because pirelli has been tasked to come up with a compound that has a wider temperature operating window to allow more grip at colder temperaturs. They know the current tyres at ambient wouldn't just be undrivable, they'd be dangerous.

In other news the hippies have been charged with "conspiracy to cause a public nusence", aside from the fact they actually carried out their plans not just conspired to it is such a minor charge. Also quite some geographic spread, I wonder what entirely carbon neutral with zero oil reliance transport they used to get to silverstone.

Depends on the car though. As shown in Silverstone Ferrari and RedBull have their tyres warm right at the start while Mercedes suffers for some laps. Though who knows what comes next year. I am more interested if Mercedes will continue to use their small sidepod concept or if they decide to gut it. I recentlöy read that Mercedes were actually using their highest ride height in Baku. If that is true then they are basically fucked everytime some bumpy track comes along

Don't forget Canada and Silverstone are historically hambone's best tracks so you would expect him to go well in those. It's off to tracks which he has not got such a good record at. He wasn't exactly excelling at the A1 ring even when the merc was by far the best package so this weekend will be a better gauge of where they're at.

Probably coz Ferrari & Redbull were on soft tyres and Mercedes on the hard tyre.

As much as I wouldn't mind a Leclerc championship to end Ferrari's 15 year+ drought, I feel that Max has to win it this year. He's not going to "legitimise" his win in the eyes of CultLH, who after 6 years of watching their hero "race" against other drivers in a car that was half a second a lap faster than its closest competition, but it will make them seethe for another year at least. They won't be able to use "asterisk" as an argument anymore. Had the majority of these chucklefucks been born 20 - 30 years earlier, you would have seen them seethe over Damon Hill being "robbed" in 1994.

It would be the cherry on the cake if Max wins at least 12 races this year, as that would mean he beats Hamilton's current max win/season record. If he can get 13, he equals Schumacher and Vettel, and if he gets 14, the record is his for the taking.

And Goatifi beats Vettel for the better place in the last row (Vettel lost because he couldn't keep it between track limits)

Also worth to note: FIA has increased the budget cap for this year to nearl 150 million and also they delayed the porposing counter measre to after the summer break.
