still quite far behind, he had a clean run but the car cant keep up. this is also only quali, in races previously rb was seriously lacking the sustained performance that merc and ferrari had. wasnt it in suzuka that max spent half the race chasing an alpine unable to overtake on the straights?Verstappen P5, not bad either. Red Bull doesn't seems so miserable this weekend.
Grade 1 doesn’t mean anything. Jeddah and all the street tracks are far more unsafe than Sebring. If the FIA wanted to, they could certify it tomorrow completely unchanged. It’d probably need a repave though because F1 cars can’t drive over anything bumpier than glass.Sebring's not Grade 1 and like most any track - but ESPECIALLY Sebring - making it so would utterly destroy its character.
Imagine Sebring by Tilke(tm). Good fucking lord, I can barely say it. Keep them away. Respect the Bumps.
It looked like Max's tail end was a little slippery but they might have been showing Hadjar.still quite far behind, he had a clean run but the car cant keep up. this is also only quali, in races previously rb was seriously lacking the sustained performance that merc and ferrari had. wasnt it in suzuka that max spent half the race chasing an alpine unable to overtake on the straights?
Lockup straight off the trackWhat happened to Alonso?
Oh yes it does. Gatekeeping for anything the FIA doesn't like.Grade 1 doesn’t mean anything.
GP2 engine! GP2 engine!1:41:311 for Fernando, and 1:41:157 for Cian Shields who qualified P22 in the F2 race.
If Alonso took the AMR26 and raced it in F2 this weekend, he still would have qualified last. What the fuc
At this point, more like GP3 engine...GP2 engine! GP2 engine!
Pretty much just a warmup lap time since he outbraked himself off the track during a hotlap.1:41:311 for Fernando
Dude had wheelspin because the engineers overestimated the grip of the track, at least that's what they saidAntonelli still can't start for shit.
