Am I supposed to search for Saddam in that crappy in quality image?

The difference with finding Waldo is that in that I know what I'm looking for, the size and the colors, in this, I don't know if it's that silhouette and in which size, and what color, like maybe it's just glowing bright, or is just a rock with that vague form, or maybe it's like the 4 pixel artifact you have in Proxima Centauri.
