I would recoment burying it somewhere with a layer of salt around it. Sprinkle some holy water and try to get a shovelful of dirt from a church plot (a real church, not some evangelical yahoo club, you can get away with a protest church as long as it is old enough and was both built for use as a church and still in use as a church in a respectful manner)

it's still folded and does not appear to have become a 3xl yet. You're gonna need some gloves and to repeat the 12th blessing of the Amidah while you're disposing of it.
