Hey Francis, here's what you're doing wrong, and is the core of the reason of why bad things keep happening to you:

The reason bad things are happening to you is because when you get a boner or when you become upset, you masturbate to farts or lash out against everyone around you like a retard, respectively. If you want your life to get better, instead of doing those things, do not do those things. It is that simple. Resist jerking off to farts when you are horny and resist being awful to the people who care about you when you are upset and your life will improve.
