The quadruple eye surgery is easily the most outrageous thing he did and I remember his subscribers (including me) being baffled that he went through a totally useless procedure to attempt to get hunter eyes.

However, even before that he was a lolcow about his diet. He actually went beyond mere keto and was shilling (raw) carnivore for years. Most of his most watched videos are him doing takedowns of vegan influencers, because when you get into a diet cult you only recognize other diet cults. Like all carnivore influencers, he not shit on anybody who wasn't a carnivore, he would constantly claim that carnivore is the healthiest diet you could have and if you weren't a carnivore you were a moron. Then he abruptly quit carnivore, claiming that it put him in liver failure and almost killed him.
Of course, he immediately went to attacking carnivores in the same way he attacked vegans despite building his entire channel on treating carnivore as the only healthy diet. He made a lot of videos attacking sv3rige at this point.

Probably the funniest factoid about Frankie boy is that he has a past acting in gay porn.

This shizo fucked up his eyes so much. Orbital decompression for his case was a stupid choice that had far more risks than benefits.
Orbital decompression involving removing bone around the eyes. Its mainly used for people with Graves disease who have significant eye bulges. These people also have the best cosmetic outcomes, not someone like Frank.

Now a few things to note about the plastic surgery scene:

Im wary of high end LA plastic surgeons because they rely more on marketing than actual skill. If anything bad happens, they just settle with NDAs, private litigation and can threaten to sue you for bad reviews. They are protective of their reputation to a fault. NYC has the same issue but complication rates are generally lower. This is because typically NYC plastic surgeons are not in the business of such dramatic and risk surgical results as LA, thus decreasing the chances of any issues. Both are still massively overpriced. In the world of plastic surgery, NYC is more known for their subtle results the restore youth, versus LA who attempt to change someones face more ie giving some girl the Barbie pixie nose. There are exceptions of course but this is the blanket reputation both areas carry.

To set a baseline, blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid lifts) and brow lifts are typically low risk for any seasoned facial plastic surgeon.
Now onto Taban: Taban does higher risk eye surgeries like canthoplasty (cat/hunter/ almond eyes) and epicanthoplasty, both of which involve the corners of the eyes. If you mess up, the risks of a poor functional and cosmetic outcome are worse than say a nose job or lip filler because its your eyes. Fair enough, but both of those involve soft tissue around the eyes. The orbital socket decompression surgery goes deep around the eyes inside the skull. Its a high risk procedure by default.

Taban himself has some sketchy reviews of people with poor outcomes whos reviews are suppressed. You can search for them forums and reddit for people who have had poor outcomes or botched. I personally would avoid him but I also think Frank was a terrible candidate for the procedure and temping fate and now its apparent how that turned out. I have an eye for facial plastics and generally I think Frank would have been better served doing fat grafting around the eyes to fix the hollowness to balance out the light bulging, possibly doing a canthoplasty almond eye lift, and most definitely eyebrow reshaping. He has almost a unibrow and you'd be surprised how much facial harmony can change by reshaping, and thickening the eyebrows with hair transplants. All in all, dudes a cautionary tale for surgery.

You know what the sad thing is about looksmaxing is? All the people who get these stupid surgeries looked good before. I'm not one of those people who things that even clef pallets should be kept bad because god did it or something. Plastic surgery has a place, but these elective procedures never work out the way people think and the results are never good. Only people who are narcissisticly obsessed with their appearance get them or want to look like inflatable sex dolls by making everything bigger. They never look "natural". They look like circus freaks. It's totally a type of body dysphoria disorder that these people want to look like circus freaks and think that's "natural". Like how bulimics think that being all skin and bones is a healthy slim weight. They all looked normal before and now they look like looksmaxers.

Only retarded people get into this and only retarded people think looking like a circus freak is desirable. If we lived in a world without these people plastic surgery would be regulated and it would never be an issue because everyone had the same opinions about it. It's like specifically a Guido issue because they are too retarded to anticipate the negative consequences of their actions and go through life with the naivety that makes children look like aged old men.

What a throwback! I watched a ton of his anti-vegan content back in the day, too. Not long ago Coach Colton made me aware of his absolute nightmare of a plastic surgery journey.

Reads like a classic case of developed schizophrenia. I'm no doctor, but some kind of drastic flip switched in his head after the eye surgery. Maybe whatever shit they injected him with got infected and had a highway right to his frontal lobe.

It would explain the sudden migraines and greater delusions, ripping his whole roofing off.
