So now that I've been going back into the office again on some days, I find I need motivation to get up earlier in the morning, plus I like to save a little time on my commute by eating breakfast while I drive. Because of this, I've turned to frozen breakfast meals to eat on the go. I've tried a good variety, but I'd like some other suggestions just in case I missed some good ones. Typically speaking I'm partial to a good sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, or a breakfast burrito. I typically avoid sweets, unless it's a toaster strudel or Pop-Tart.

Currently these are probably my favorite, I have a fondness for everything bagels:

How American of you to ask for frozen breakfast food suggestions lol. Get a gf so she can wake up and make you breakfast sammiches to go.

I always keep a batch of homemade buns with different fillings (red bean, custard, cabbage, ground meat etc whatever you like) in my freezer for breakfast. Defrost them in the microwave for a minute or two, put them on a Danish toaster for another 3-5 minutes and enjoy.

The buns look something like this:

Only need one thing for breakfast imo

I save the bowls and make my own after a week for like a 1/10 of the price. 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, some sprinkle cheese freeze them

After about a few weeks i toss the bowls and restart the process

It's incredibly easy to, on Sunday night, make a bunch of eggs and sausage and chop some tomatoes and onions for your breakfasts that week. In the morning just take some of these ingredients and put them in a tortilla with some cheese and you got yourself a breakfast burrito. It's cheaper than eating this frozen shit every day, and not much more work. Also, you can control what ingredients you are using and won't be eating all the garbage they put in there to make it taste good and shelf stable. Breakfast is easy as shit, don't play yoself.

Edit: also google breakfast casseroles, these are really easy to make ahead of time and take a slice of before work to reheat.

Thats what i was saying. I buy the jimmy dean things once in awhile but lets be real.

A pack of cheap bacon $5 (Gwaltney brand)
24 Eggs costs $3
Cheese $4

You can easily make a breakfeast bowl yourself for only about 39 cents a day. The above will get you further than 2 weeks. Buying frozen premade shit during that time would cost you $50
