There's a dialect in Northerm California called Boontling. What does it sound like? Well... let this gentleman in a hat explain.

Fun farming facts that are also useful if you’re a certain kind of degenerate!
Compost materials are broken down into two broad categories; “hot greens” that compost fast and smell strongly due to their high nitrates to carbon ratio (and are usually green) and “cold browns” that due to their low nitrates to carbon ratio, take forever to decompose if not mixed with greens. Most compost heaps are best when being one part green to three parts brown and a big scoop of local soil to help the local micro-flora adapt to the compost.
Woody plants are especially nitrogen-hungry due to how wood is expensive to produce biochemically. You can help by watering with a good natural compost that you definitely have at home. Human urine has about a 1 to 1 ratio of carbon and nitrates making it a very hot green. It’s also mostly water. So if you have a cherry tree in your yard you want to harvest from, collect your piss in an old jelly jar and water the tree with it you sick fuck.
Remember that a woody plant’s young soft roots are about as far from the trunk as the edge of the crown as a rule of thumb.
99% of all life that has ever existed on Earth has gone extinct:

Researchers find that Earth may be home to 1 trillion species
Largest analysis of microbial data reveals that 99.999 percent of all species remain undiscoveredwww.nsf.gov
This fucks with my head. There’s so much we don’t know about our planet and its history. This is especially interesting to me as someone with a lifelong fascination with paleontology and prehistoric life.
A lot of extinct animals are only known from one or a couple of fossilized specimens (in some cases, just a few bones). The odds of an animal becoming fossilized-especially well enough to last for tens of millions of years- are astronomically low, so there are probably millions and millions of species that died out long before us that we’ll never know existed. There are so many gaps in our knowledge, it’s crazy.
There's nothing left of the original animatronic t-rex from jurassic park. Natural latex decays when when exposed to water and light and the hydrolics and mechanical parts rust and break down. Rexy stood in sotarage for years being only briefly taken out for a few times while filming the lost world and jp3, until eventually her latex had gotten too discolored and her skeleton too unreliable that she was shreded and scraped.
hell this is true of almost all animatronics from the past 40 years, hoggle from labirynth, the werewolf from an american werewolf in london, zilla from godzilla 98, and all the puppets from the tv show dinosaurs.
If they ever make another X-Com: Terror From the Deep game, you know those would make great terror units.

During the summer, higher levels of the male hormone testosterone slows antler growth and the veins and arteries around the velvet constrict and cut off the blood supply to the antlers. By early September, the velvet dries and sheds, revealing the mature antler's bony structure for the autumn mating season.
