Ideally, SJW trash, diaperfags, "Nazi" edgelords, #Antifa furs, and the rest of their ilk would get the fuck out of here, but unfortunately that isn't what's happening. These kinds of retards are chasing away long-time members of the fandom or other dedicated people who aren't gross. People like my partner and I are shedding from the fandom every year because just take a look around. Conventions are closing left and right over stupid shit, everything's an argument, nobody gets along, etc.

I have no incentive or desire to participate in this fandom any longer because I don't get anything out of it like I used to back in the day. All the friends I've made I'm in touch with on my own terms, so it's not like I'm losing anything. More and more people are starting to feel this way.

Eventually what's going to be left when the dust settles is an amalgamation of toxic people constantly infighting and fucking each other over while airing out their disgusting fetishes to the world around them. If you think furry has had a "PR problem" in the past, just give it a couple years.

There was a peaceful fandom called Furry
Where furries lived in harmony
They never had no kind of trouble
There was no hint of misery

Anthrocon was always lively
But never nasty or obscene
At the helm stood Uncle Kage
He always kept things nice and clean

Then all at once the trouble started
A pack of diaperfags and Nazis
Like swarms of locusts they descended
Their aim to make the normies flee

Now is the time of great decision
Are we to stay or up and quit?
There's no avoiding this conclusion
Our fandom is turning into shit



I give it a few years. I think we're starting to near the "peak" of furry. After this it's all downhill with infighting and idiots ruining cons.

I'd say the monstergirl fandom is worse except it's just alt-right NEET shutins fantasising about being ravished by a dragon girl. They don't dress up their depravity in public, which is a plus.

I've seen Deo around the block and he's just as aggressive as Artdecade in being a whiny communist antifa. I'd say they're both pretty cow-worthy but to get all that m1lk you'd have to tolerate furry bullshit.

Someone else responded to this person saying they couldn't wait to see this person get laid out by someone defending themselves and said they supported concealed carry. This in turn was twisted into "OMGZ this person is bringing a GUN to the CONVENTION" and REEEEE'd so hard that she received a questionable C&D from a convicted sex offender working for RMFC.
