At some point, FIFA and UEFA are going to have to step in and say enough is enough. Otherwise Barca are going to pull out every scam in the book to keep paying for shit they can't afford and other clubs are going to follow suit. Right until you get stories in the papers of fans who lost everything trying to make sure their club could buy a 34 year old forward to help their team do a little better in the Europa League

Ah, good times. Makes me want to go back and rewatch The Four Year Plan. The original All or Nothing. It's too bad they didn't follow the story until relegation, that would have really cemented it as a banger of a documentary.

I think even if he did score it would just be written off on account of it being scored in a glorified pre-season game, add to the fact that most people don't want to give City players much credit in general but it hasn't stopped the media from acting like Nunez "upstaged" Haaland as if it wasn't entirely Adrian's doing for keeping out those 8 shots on target.
