We got the Rome derby, derby d'Italia and el Clasico today. Should be fun.
What would he possibly say that you don't already know?
Probably not much lol. But I honestly think Juve is in decent shape at least in terms of their squad. We just need a new manager and 1 or 2 fullbacks. I'd actually prefer Di Zerbi to Conte but the latter is so desperate to leave Spurs and the former will probably stay at Brighton for a few seasons.

I'm seeing reports that Xavi wants to sell Dembele and Ferran Torres to fund a move for Federico Chiesa. If Juve plan on keeping Max Allegri, I hope this becomes a reality. There's no point keeping talented attacking players when you're playing them out of position to accommodate a washed up Danilo and Alex Sandro in a back 3 bc they can no longer handle defending the flanks.

Reports that Conte will be sacked in the next few days. That means any chance we had about getting a good manager is gone now, they’ll probably just go to Tottenham instead.

My worst fucking nightmare has come true.

24 different coaching stints if I counted correctly from Wikipedia including the coach of England during the disaster of the 2014 World Cup.

Even more amazing is that he has never managed Leeds...... yet

It's Palace, they have zero ambition. That and Woy is probably one of their better managers. Can't believe the guy wont just retire though
All our spare money is going towards the youth academy instead of new players. Our U18’s are second on the ladder and our U21’s are third. We’re playing the long game at risk of relegation this year and a lot of fans are unhappy about that but I think it will pay off in the future. Give us 4-5 years when we bring in some young talent from the youth divisions and we’ll be much better. Saying we have no ambition is shortsighted I think, if you know the bigger picture.

4-5 years is a long time to bank on youth developing though, by that point they could all have been poached leaving you with little, more so if you get relegated

I know, it’s risky but we’re trying to do a Chelsea with a lot less money.

Palace (with it's management and Viera) was just "African All-stars 11" and lacked any identity. You and Southampton are investing heavily into the youth systems, so I hope it pans out.

The youth teams are smashing it, whether that translates to Premiere League success is another story. We’ve got the biggest catchment in London and players like Foden are from South London so we should hopefully produce some good players one day.

Sadly a lot of the academy's latch onto the "pacy blacks" meme and forget that development goes beyond the age of 16, which is why I am so fond of Brentford's B system. Full of all the misfits and prospects that seemingly got let go a little too early. DaSilva is a great example of this as he was dropped by the Arsenal academy.

The premier league has instructed its referees to allow for stoppages in play after sundown during evening games in order to accommodate Muslim players breaking fast during the holy month of Ramadan. Archive

Within the next few years, Inshallah, Bongistan will allow for honor killings of homosexuals.
Hasn't that happened in literally every season anyway? I remember seeing muslim players scuttle off the pitch to quickly eat and drink something during a stoppage after dark in multiple games.
