Thought I would give a brief overview of the EFL going into the final weekend of play since everything will get decided soon. Might be fun to check in on the weekend
EFL Championship-
Burnley won it and Sheffield United are guaranteed second. Both are going up next year
Luton Town will finish 3rd and Middlesbrough will finish 4th. They will have the "advantage" in the playoff tourney
(Goal Differential) Coventry (12) are sitting in 5th on 69 points with Millwall (

in 6th on 68 points but both haven't mathematically been set at those spots due to the GD. Sunderland (10), West Brom (7), and Blackburn (-3) can theoretically catch them.
Blackpool and Wigan have been relegated. Reading may be relegated as well if Huddersfield can get at least a point against Sheffield United in their midweek game on Thursday. Otherwise the relegation scrap on the final day could be fun since the GD for Huddersfield is -18 and Reading is -20 so if Huddersfield lose by more than 1 goal than it literally comes down to the final game.
Important games of note on the final day
Millwall vs Blackburn
Middlesbrough vs Coventry
Preston vs Sunderland
Swansea vs West Brom
Huddersfield vs Reading (could literally decide who goes down if Huddersfield lose 2-0 or more to Sheffield)
EFL League 1
Plymouth Argyle and Ipswich town are back in the Championship on guaranteed promotions. Its a 1 point gap so theoretically either could win the league.
Sheffield Wednesday will guaranteed be 3rd, Barnsley will guaranteed be 4th, and Bolton will be in the playoff spot but either at 5th or 6th as they sit on 78 points with a 25 GD. Derby County are on 76 points with a 22 GD and only Peterborough can catch them as they are on 74 points with a 19 GD.
Forest Green have been confirmed relegated and Accrington Stanley are all but mathematically confirmed to be relegated. The other 2 teams are up in the air. Oxford could theoretically lose by a billion goals with their 47 points and -6 GD but unlikely. MK Dons have 44 points and a -22 GD which keeps them out of the relegation zone. In the relegation zone is Morecambe on 44 points with a -30 GD and Cambridge on 43 points with a -29 GD.

Bristol Rovers vs Bolton
Sheffield Wednesday vs Derby County
Oxford United vs Accrington
Burton vs MK Dons
Cambridge United vs Forest Green
Exeter vs Morecambe
EFL League 2
Leyton Orient won the league on 90 points, Stevenage are guaranteed to go up with 82 points but may finish in the second or third guaranteed spot. Northampton are in 3rd but could potentially be pulled into the playoffs on 80 points 19 GD with Stockport in 4th on 78 points 28 GD. Stockport are also guaranteed to be in the playoffs but which spot is unknown at the moment as 5th place Carlisle (23 GD), 6th place Salford City (19 GD) and 7th place Bradford City (18 GD) all sit on 75 points. Mansfield Town are on 72 points with 15 GD and are the only ones who could move into a playoff spot here.
No relegation scrap here as Rochdale and Hartlepool have been guaranteed relegated.
